My Art is spontaneous; it is born of the creative consciousness, and is not

the result of directed study and interpretation. Such pure expression cannot

be taught or learned, only understood. It germinates and thrives, like a

flower, in a free mind, free of intention.

In his paintings Guerrero sees the world as a cosmic stage for human

activity. "I'm in the system like a computer programmer writing codes with

my sketchbook and brushes, playing the critic, here to create and program

the unconscious. Apart from all the trouble we cause ourselves, I believe we

are immersed in a powerful and beautiful mystery. The fact of our existence

is a great riddle to me." In his imaginary world everything is possible,

shadows fall according to natures intent, trees grow from earth, and

triangles refract light in a realistic manner. But all of that realism is just

Antonio's way of holding the scene together so that he could go on to upset

our normal expectations of reality.

miguel Angel BaezGrasping the work of this Cuban artist takes us through a labyrinth of many

diverse visual subjects that range from portraits, urban scenery, architecture,

everyday life and experimentation among others.Born in Havana, Cuba the 29th of September 1963, Miguel Angel completes his

studies in the University of Havana obtaining a Bachelor of Science in

Communications with a Major in Journalism.

He has published several books, Suceden los Espejos, 43 pintores cubanos, a

portrayal of Cuban artistry, Havana, 57 panoramic views depicting urban

landscapes in black and white and Looking for hands. This last visual experiment

of Baez, was acclaimed at the United Nations Palace, Geneva, Switzerland.

Baezs works has also been exposed in Mexico and the United States. In

addition, his work finds home in private collections of Brazil, Cuba, Switzerland,

Spain, Italy and the U.S. In 2001 he was awarded the Dale Djerassi Fellowshipafter his participation at the Djerassi Resident Artist Program in San Francisco,

California.

In his 20 years of photography, his work has been published in dozens of

periodicals and magazines like National Geographic, Thomson Reuters Press

Agency for which he worked as freelance. Furthermore he work in the realization of

other projects and books, such as: Brief History of Havana, Collection known

Cuba, 1998; The Colonial City of Havana, Fortified Town, Collection known

Cuba, 1998; History and Achitecture of a Romantic City, Havana, 2000;

Modernist Havana 2009.

From the year 2007 Baez takes residence in south Florida where heworks and

has found new subjects, themes and motivations for his creative labor. In

2010 he decides to take up on a new visual project, which he has chosen to

name SIMPLEMAN.

Julio Cesar RodriguezJulio Cesar Rodriguez was born in the province of Holguin,Cuba, on the 14 th

of September in 1976. Since he was young he was inclined to the arts. He began his

studies at the age of 12. After graduating from the Academy of Art in Holguin,1995, he dedicated himself entirely to finding his own true line of art. He became

and art professor of drawing for six years while participating in multiple personal

and collective expositions throughout Cuba, Canada, Spain, China, USA,Puerto

Rico, Mexico, Italy, and the Dominican Republic. He now resides in Florida where

he continues to create his scenarios and fantasies through painting and drawing. His

work is a mix of figuration and expressionism with and air of surrealism where he

projects his vision of the world, nature and man poetically and philosophically.

He draws firm and delicate, his use of colors gives his postmodernism lyric

dimensions, strengthens it and evokes an epiphamy.

Yosvany teijeiro(Havana, Cuba, 1975) resides in Miami Beach and conducts his work betweenHavana, Barcelona, and that U.S. city. He graduated in Restoration from theHavana Atellier 1992-1995, with postgraduate studies in Sculpture at the

Superior Institute of Art and in Engraving at San Alejandro NationalAcademy of Fine Arts.

As a restorer, decorator and interior designer, he has worked at theconvents of San Francisco de Ass and Santa Clara, the Old Square (PlazaVieja) and Beln in Cuba. And in Akoya, Miami Beach, USA.

Among his awards: Biennial of San Antonio de los Baos, Cuba(1996),Reflection Art Show, Miami Beach (2003) and Silhouette Art Show,Miami Beach. His works are found in collections in Italy, United States,Mexico, Spain and Cuba, as well as in the Art Center, Saint Petersburg.
