The Caddo Hills High School class of 1985 will gather to celebrate our 25 year re-union the weekend of June 18 – 20. A wide variety of activities has been planned to give us an opportunity to visit and spend time ‘catching up’, and although you

may only be able to attend one of the events, we hope you can attend the entire week-end.

Schedule of Reunion events:

Friday, June 18th 6:00pm – 10:00pmA dinner party will be held at The Poet’s Loft in downtown Hot Springs. Dinner and drinks will be served beginning at 6pm. This is an adults evening of catching up and visiting with classmates. There is no charge for this event. Saturday, June 19th 10:00am – 6:00pmA family pot luck/picnic will be held at the pavilion at Crystal Springs on Lake Ouachita. This is a family event so please feel free to bring your family and any food or drink that you wish. This facility has several electricity outlets and barbecue grills. There is also a playground for children and a roped off swimming beach. Some of the activities planned are horse shoes and volley ball. There is no charge for this event.

Saturday, June 19th EveningAn adult evening on the town is planned beginning at Odies House of Blues in Hot Springs with cocktails and live music. Expenses for this event are up to the individual.

Sunday June 20th 10:30am – 5:00pm (approximate time frame)A float trip on the Caddo River will round out the reunion weekend. We will meet at Caddo River Canoe Rentals in Glenwood at 10:30am and be shuttled up river to the narrows at Caddo Gap at 11:00 to begin the trip back down the river to Caddo River Canoe Rentals. Each person should bring their own lunch and drinks for the day (please see attached River Rules). This trip takes approximately 6 hours to complete. Float trip/canoe rental paid by individuals. Included is a reservation slip. Please take the time to fill this slip out stating the names and number of people attending each day’s events to ensure that we have an accurate head count for planning. For your convenience, included is a pre-addressed, stamped envelope for returning your reservation. Also included are maps to each event location and the river rules for the float trip. We are really looking forward to a GREAT weekend and hope that everyone can attend.
