The salmon farming initiative will enter a Pilot Phase producing 400 tonnes per

annum, ramping up to 2,000 tonnes per annum. South Africa imports an

estimated 5,000 tonnes of salmon per annum.

The first majority owned community mega project in SA to develop a

new city in a depressed mining rural area consisting of 5400 new housing

units, infrastructure, and commercial mixed use development. The project

is adjacent to the iconic Sun City, Pilansberg Nature Reserve, opposite

Wesizwe Platinum mine, and within a radius of 20 km to other platinum

mines. Thirty km radius to the new SEZ and Pilansberg International Airport.

specifically for supplying to the PC, smart metre and LED market segments.

Leema industries is relying on the opportunity presented by local content requirements for electronics procured

by the South African government. The intention is to start with PCB assembly

and then scale up to full manufacturing.

sheep are kept in a fully enclosed and secured environment ensuring that

there is no theft nor predator loss and the hygienic standards ensure that

the farm is registered as a quarantine environment which reduces the risk

of disease. Facilities will include 2 x 45m square hydroponic green barley

fodder systems,each producing 2000kg of sprouted barley fodder per day.

ALOE VIEW ESTATES is an integrated community development comprising

of 1340 affordable Full Title housing units, 3030 Sectional Title housing

units, 6864 Social Housing rental units, 156 000 m2 of retail stands, 173 000 m2

of Commercial Stands, 25 000 m2 of Hotel stands, 20 000 m2 of Filling station

stands, with provision for Schools, Community Centres and Public

Transport facilities.

Chicken Abattoir with a capacity of 6000-8000bph

Ratan Poultry farm is situated in the North-West Province. The farm

currently has broiler production facilities with a production capacity of

300 000 chickens per cycle (2.25 million / yr.) and is currently contracted to

Kroon’s Poultry North West of Pretoria. The design and layout of the abattoir is

done for a slaughter capacity of 6000 birds per hour, or 240 000 chickens per week, based on a single shift of 8 hours

per day..

13 MATLOSANA N12 DEVELOPMENT “ THE SMART CITY DEVELOPMENT”

The Matlosana N12 Development spans some 1 100Ha on both sides

of the N12 Treasure Route Corridor, situated between the mining towns of Klerksdorp and Stilfontein, in the City

of Matlosana, DRKK district, North West Province of South Africa. It is a fully

integrated mixed-use development i.e. Commercial, Residential, Institutional

and Industrial developments.

The Cape Health Technology Park (CHTP) aims to be a world-class

innovation facility which will culminate in the co-location of innovative

firms, government, academia, health innovation programmes and business

& innovation support organizations, all of which will incorporate the principals

of a high-performing Knowledge Based Bio-Economy (KBBE) cluster in a

purpose-built facility.

Industrial Park on 67 hectares of land in the Lynedoch area near Stellenbosch.

The land is owned by Stellenbosch Municipality and a long lease is available.

The development is envisioned as a Western Cape Halal Industrial Park

that has the potential to act as a manufacturing hub. The Lynedoch site

is a 67ha parcel of land strategically located within the Boland area, the

agricultural heartland of the Western Cape.
