Investment Company for Petroleum Services & Projects(IPSP) is a super-large petroleum Company, established bya group of reputable and long experienced Egyptianinvestors in 2016. IPSP has a registered capital of 20 MillionEGP.

Establishment:

IPSP established according to the investment law No. 159for year 1981, and was registered at two of the majorgovernmental entities in the Egyptian petroleum sector, theEgyptian Holding Company for natural gas “E-Gas” andGanoub El Wadi Petroleum Holding Company “Ganope”.

NATURAL GAS CONSTRUCTIONS

CNG

IPSP is one of few firms licensed from theEgyptian natural gas holding company “E-Gas” to execute and operate CNG systems inEgypt to provide the natural gas supply inCNG system for customers whom away fromthe national NG pipeline and thus sufferingthe disadvantages of conventional fuels andmissing the clean and sustainable energyprovided by natural gas.

IPSP, through its experience can satisfy themost diversified equipment needs fortransport and storage of compressednatural gas and makes available to thecustomers through a safe, sustainable andaffordable systems.

The application field features road transportequipment for compressed natural gas,systems for storage, installation of theproper PRS and executing the internaldistribution network.

INACTIVE WELLS SOLUTIONS

On mature oil fields, maintaining wells in profitable production thelongest time possible has become a growing and continuouschallenge for producers: high percentage of incoming water,excessive accumulation of sand around the pump or paraffin alongthe tubing have been the major concerns for keeping suchmarginal wells into production.

Pump-based conventional lifting Systems (Pump-Jack and ESP)have not been originally designed to address these specific issuesof marginal wells and show important disadvantages on thesewells with high water cuts in extracted fluid, costly water recycling,high inherent energy, work-over and maintenance costs.

Therefore, operators have lost interest in these low productionwells because of their poor profitability and ended up stoppingtheir production for lack of suitable solution. This is then reasonwhy hundreds of thousands of oils wells have been abandoned ailover the world due to technical and economical limits ofconventional extraction Systems, thus leaving more than 50% ofvaluable identified reserves in the ground.

IPSP, provides its unique, high performance patterned mechanicalextraction technology which is specifically designed to addresstypical issues of oil production on mature fields and marginalwells. Fundamentally different from conventional technologiesand showing a particularly high adaptability to natural wellproduction principles, it resolves most typical problemsencountered with pump based Systems

CHAIRMAN – ENG. TAWILA

• Mohamed I. Tawila was the Chairman of the Egyptian Natural Gas HoldingCompany (EGAS). Since it was established in 2001, EGAS is responsible fordeveloping, managing and operating natural gas activities in Egypt. Prior tojoining EGAS, Eng. Tawila headed the Egyptian General PetroleumCorporation (EGPC) starting May 2000 to August 2001.

• In March 1997, Eng. Tawila was appointed as the Chairman and ManagingDirector of the Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO), responsible for thedevelopment and upgrading of natural Gas infrastructure pipeline systemand development of NGL recovery facilities. He was nominated as EGPC ViceChairman for Natural Gas for 6 years starting 1991. This period has witnessedremarkable achievements in the Egyptian gas industry in the local market.

• He participated in all natural gas industry activities during the period 1983 to1991, including gas field development, gas processing facilities, gasinfrastructure planning, etc…..

• Eng. Mohamed Tawila was retired in year 2005.

• Mohamed I. Tawila holds Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering fromCairo University in 1966 and has started his professional career with theEgyptian Chemical Industry.

CEO & MD – ENG. ATTEF

• Mohamed Attef has been working in the oil and gas field since1997.He has graduated in private sector positions starting with hiswork in Genco Petroleum Group and TAQA arabia group. He hasrepresented TAQA EPC, the gas sector, in a number of Arabiancountries and participated in the early stage of his career in thetechnical evaluation of projects and later contributed in the economicstudies.

• Attef has moved on at an important stage of his career to become theCEO of number of private sector companies operating in the oil & gasfield and has been characterized by a sophisticated mentality, insightand vitality, which eventually led him to contribute in the establishmentof the investment private vehicle “IPSP” and become one of the mainfounders and shareholders and also holds an important executive rolein addition to the membership of the Board of Directors.

• As such, Atef contributed to the realization of the IPSP's vision, whichwas developed from day one and contributed in raising the level ofimplementation to reach the apex of international standards.
