Podlaskie voivodeship

Podlaskie voivodship is located in north-eastern Poland. It borders with Lithuania and Belarus. It is the agricultural

region mainly, where the leading sector is a food sector, especially milk, meat, poultry and cereals.

The other sectors also dynamically developing are: light, wood, construction and engineering.

Situated in the geographical center of Europe and the European Union, which plays a crucial role in both local transport and

international transport There are a lot of transit roads, of which the most important is

the Berlin - Warsaw - Grodno - St. Petersburg and the route Warsaw - Helsinki (part of the expressway - Via

Baltica, which connects the Baltic countries of western Europe.
