CERTIFICATION In connection with the Project: Construction of 2-Storey 4- Classroom School Building, located at Brgy. Tabawan, Calbayog City with approved plan and specification of columns designated as C1, C2, and C3 having sections of 350x350mm. In the course of implementation, said columns had been implemented with deficiency in its cross sectional area as reflected in the table below.
