Introduction
What is Going Now ?
The growth of semantic wave embraces four
stages :
Web 1.0, was about connecting information ...
Web 2.0 is about connecting people.
Web 3.0, is starting now and it is about
connecting knowledge Web 4.0 will come later and it is about
connecting intelligences in a ubiquitous web
where both people and things can reason and
communicate together.

E-Learning Challenges
There are different E-learning challenges that can be
categorized according to their focus unit.
It can be divided into four broad strands:
Course challenges related to content, design and
delivery.
Challenges related to characteristics of the
individual, student or the teacher.Technological challenges.
Contextual challenges related to organizational,
cultural and societal.

Method
The aims of this research were to survey, and provide
an insight into learners' perceptions and preferences of
e-learning in Egyptian society and to use this as a
further indicator of the nations readiness to enhance
e-learning.
In this study, a random sampling method was chosen
since the participants were from Egypt with different
ages and education levels. The participants were 90
persons where 63 persons were male 63 (70%) and 27
(30%) only were female.

Data Analysis
This paper depends on Learner questionnaires about
e-learning services. The responders were asked 20
questions in the E-learning Survey form which I was
developed and Published at estebyan.com.
The questionnaire is of five sections. The first part is
about Learner Personal information. The second is the
using of computer and internet. The Third is the
concept of E-learning. The Fourth section is about E-
learning means. The last one is about the learner's
Knowledge of the Sites That Offer E-Learning
Services.

Conclusion
From the results of the study, it appears that people
become accustomed in using computers and internet.
Huge percentage like E-learning as a free tool of E-
learning to know the information they need in the time
they need without help from any person. Also they saw
E-learning Websites have to be increased.
Additional studies are recommended to extend the
research on both professors and students' perceptionsto their overall attitude, such as willingness to use e-
learning, their need for educational technology, as well
as technical assistance and training support.

Future Work How do students learn? This question has been an area
of interest for instructors and researchers for many
years.
Learning styles are learners preferences in learning.
There are many models of learning styles. Several
learning styles models and several instruments for
measuring learning styles have been developed in an
attempt to answer this question.
