1. CNC PLATE BENDING WITH IN-FEED CONVEYING DEVICE - AKYAPAK MACHINE

Akyapak manufactures 4 Rolls Hydraulic Plate Bending Machines with the bending capacity range of 2 mm to 170 mm thickness and 1000 mm to 6000 mm in width/ length. Some of the features of Akyapak’s 4 rolls Hydraulic Plate Bending machines are: • All Rolls are hydraulically driven • Up & down movements of the side rolls are hydraulically powered • Drop-end controlling system to open and close from control panel • Top roll tilts up The frames of our machines are fabricated, welded steel (St-52). Roll shafts and materials and bearings used in production are (European) quality. Also the torque limit of the machines is very high. NC playback and CNC graphic control systems are available as optional accessory. Akyapak machines are designed using 3D CAD programmes and all calculations are carefully checked in analyzing program by experienced, specialist engineers before production is started. Machines are suitable to ’CE’ and all necessary electrical and hydraulic safety precautions are taken by Akyapak. Spherical bearings are used for the rolls to minimize frictional resistance, which improves the capacity of the machines.

HEAVY DUTY PLATE BEVELLER WITH MANIPULATOR - UZ 50 The beveller UZ 50 very efficient, unique double sided bevelling machine for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Automatic feeding, automatic feed speed adjustment with inverter, 0.17-1, 1m/min. High speed milling head with very resistant inserts max. width of bevel 62mm/15°, 50mm/45°. 15-60° infinitely variable angle, without replacing any parts. Material thickness 6— 80 mm. Unique MANIPULATOR 3D — manipulator provides a simple quick turn UZ50 of 180° to create double sided bevel X K. The operator does not need a crane to rotate the material. There is a significant saving of work time. The unique clamping system allows the machine UZ 50 to be assembled and disassembled (Quick System) within a few seconds without using any tools. The beveller UZ 50 is “floating” on MANIPULATOR 3D and compensates the unevenness of the floor.

MANIPULATOR 3D allows the easy manipulation with beveller.

The required height of the machine can be set up by MANIPULATOR 3D by lift handle.

The movement of the machine is provided by massive wheels mounted on the carriage.

The possibility to bevel with MANIPULATOR 3D or without.

The possibility to use the MANIPULATOR 3D like a stationary station.

The electric circuit is enclosed in a dust proof box and is equipped with all the safety devices necessary.

5. FIT-UP FIXTURE FOR FLANGE TO STUB SHELL

Base Frame unit, Fit-up fixture assy. unit which

comprises of 6 arms with adjustable locator to

accommodate different flange diameter.

This unit is used to perform fit up between Flange to

Stub shell in vertical position. Flange is first loaded

to the fixture and clamped using T nut running in a

T slot. Then stub shell is placed on the flange in

vertical position, shell manually aligned with respect

to neck provided in the Flange and tack welded by

MIG manually.

6. BOTTOM FLANGE & BOTTOM SHELL FULL WELDING UNIT

Rotator set mounted on a Hydraulically Operated Tilting table to keep tack welded bottom flange and bottom shell at 45 degrees for SAW Welding.

Hydraulically Operated Tilting table on which turning rolls (1 powered + 1 Idler) is mounted to receive and rotate tack welded shell and Bottom flange. The complete assy. is tilted to 45degrees to perform fillet welding. Turning rolls has variable frequency drive for speed control.

7. GROWING LINE FOR SHELL TO SHELL FIT-UP

a. Idler Rotator with independent hydraulic lifting

of Idler rolls for lifting / lowering of Single shells.

b. Hydraulic unit, with four rolls operated independently to align single shell with grown section. In addition to lifting, horizontal movement to drag single shell towards grown section is provided.

c. Powered Rotator with motorized bogie and Idler

Rotator with manual bogie for moving the grown section without help of external crane.
