AN ENDURING LEGACY
Mathoura Road comprises twelve beautiful Residences over three generous levels. The Architecture is a contemporary interpretation of familiar classic proportions and scale, at once sophisticated and timeless.
Elevated from the street, vertical columns define the façade and graceful double height entry. The building materiality is enriched by an artesian hand finished render. Afternoon light plays on the subtle texture of the crafted façade and shifting planes of the balustrade that intersect with the columns.
The artesian render contrasts with the clean, defined lines of bronze aluminium window frames, and detailed metal work of the Garden Residence pergolas and Penthouses.
Jolson Architecture apply a level of uncompromising attention to detail, where spacious flowing interiors provide a calm and nurturing environment to live in.

the landscape architect eckersley garden architecture For almost 40 years, landscape architect Rick Eckersley has been turning outdoor spaces into inviting gardens. His boutique design firm Eckersley Garden Architecture tailors every project afresh, creating lifestyle and amenity through plantings and landscaping, fulfilling client desires for function, relaxation and sheer beauty.
His gardens are renowned for their use of multiple plantings to create layers and clear seasonal progression. Their real signature, however, is less about physical characteristics and more about generating emotion.
