Welcome to the Wrap CT Web training

• The purpose of the WRAP CT website is to allow the 25 local Communities Collaboratives/Systems of Care to more effectively plan and coordinate events and issues that assist in the growth and development of families in Connecticut.

Logging on

• Please click on the ADMIN link and it will bring up the LOG IN SCREEN

Admin Home Page• After logging in you will be brought to the Admin Home Page• On this page you will have a list of all the collaboratives you can edit. By clicking on

a collaborative it will bring you to the EDIT COLLAB PAGE

EDIT COLLAB PAGE

• On this page you can edit your page contents, Add a Calendar Event and upload Meeting Agendas and Minutes as well as misc documents. You can also Add Services that your collab offers.

Edit Collab Page Content• Simply Modify the text and Click the Save button below. Please be aware there is a

15 minute inactivity timeout (security) on the server so move quickly.

Add A Calendar Event

• Click on the Calendar Tab, then click on Add Event

Add Calendar Event• Simply fill out all of the information and Click Update Event

Edit Calendar Event• After Adding a Calendar Event you are then sent to the Edit Collab Page… Click on

the Calendar Tab and you will see your event has been added, click to edit or upload documents.

Upload a Document• At the bottom of the Edit Calendar Page you will find an Upload Documents section.• Here you can browse for a document on your local computer. There are four document types, Misc

Document, Meeting Minutes, Meeting Agenda and Training Document.• Give the document a description and click upload document.
