The North Bay based company is in the distribution and transportation business to a network of retail outlets, with clients all over Northern Ontario and North western Quebec.
The Selection Committee will describe a business need for a GIS application to assist the company to improve its operations and also grow its business.
Team A is the GIS software market leader and Team B is a new up & coming GIS vendor. You will gather requirements from the Selection committee to confirm your understanding and put together a proposal and a presentation to the Selection committee.
Choice 2There are two vendors of IT security software & service technology competing for a commercial client that is a mid-sized $50,000,000 company. The North Bay based company manufactures and distributes low cost / high volume products around the globe through direct sales, dealer networks and through a new Internet site.
The Selection Committee will describe a recent intrusion and security breach that exposed both internal information and customer data. The company has determined it must put in place an IT security system and process that will protect it and its customers’ data from hackers and other intruders.
