“We are currently working with Ellmer on a number of high end residential penthouses and apartments in Central London, and to date have enjoyed the experience.
It is a pleasure to work with a Contractor that is truly collaborative across all areas of the business. They are no ‘push over’ but equally they are fair, reasonable and most importantly in this day and age, flexible in dealing with their client and the design team.
Commercially they are switched on and backed up by an excellent supply chain that ensures our client receives the best value and attention.
At Director level they are fully engaged on the project and very visible at all important touch points.
We would have no problem in recommending Ellmer for any project and would welcome a call from any prospective client thinking of using them to expand on this reference”.
