bull The masterrsquos thesis has to be agreed with the Polytechnic University of St Petersburg (Prof Shkodyrev Control Systems and Technology Department) in the following items
Theme of the project
Name of the supervisor from the Polytechnic University St Petersburg
Advise 1 the theme can be formulated more commonly if the task is not formulated at the University of Hannover in details before the deadline (see the following point)
Advise 2 in case you canrsquot contact your supervisor from Polytechnic University St Petersburg please contact Elena Selivanova
bull Deadline for the final agreement Approximately end of February 2017 ndash will be soon exactly defined
Reason The themes for the masterrsquos theses have to be sent to the Russian Ministry of Education

bull The registration (ldquoAnmeldungrdquo) of the theme of the masterrsquos thesis at the examination office performs usually your supervisor (scientific assistant)
bull Maximal duration of the masterrsquos thesis development 6 months
bull Language of the thesispresentation English
Presentation of the masterrsquos thesis
bull Presentation has to be held both in University of Hannover (firstly) and the Polytechnic University of St Petersburg (secondly) in English
bull Deadline for completing all the curriculum (including the presentation of the master thesis) at the University of Hannover 30 October 2017 Reason end of the business trip from Russia to Germany is 30102017

Advise 1 the theme can be formulated more commonly if the task is not formulated at the University of Hannover in details before the deadline (see the following point)
Advise 2 in case you canrsquot contact your supervisor from Polytechnic University St Petersburg please contact Elena Selivanova
bull Deadline for the final agreement Approximately end of February 2017 ndash will be soon exactly defined
Reason The themes for the masterrsquos theses have to be sent to the Russian Ministry of Education

Developing of the masterrsquos thesis
bull The masterrsquos thesis are entirely developed at the University of Hannover at the chosen institute under supervision of a professor and a scientific assistant from this institute
bull The registration (ldquoAnmeldungrdquo) of the theme of the masterrsquos thesis at the examination office performs usually your supervisor (scientific assistant)
bull Maximal duration of the masterrsquos thesis development 6 months
bull Language of the thesispresentation English
Presentation of the masterrsquos thesis
bull Presentation has to be held both in University of Hannover (firstly) and the Polytechnic University of St Petersburg (secondly) in English
bull Deadline for completing all the curriculum (including the presentation of the master thesis) at the University of Hannover 30 October 2017 Reason end of the business trip from Russia to Germany is 30102017
bull At the Polytechnic University of St Peterburg yoursquoll have to pass the interdisciplinary exam do some formalities and perform the presentation approximately 1 month required
