Introduction

The system design project, Enrollment System that will provide the needed

and storing information in a faster, more convenient way by storing file of

the student enrollees in a computer system that will lessen the effort of

faculty staff in storing files of each student every now and then. This will

also serve as information especially for the irregular students, freshmen,

transferee, and professor in able to get access in course, subject,professor, and student enrollees.

This information here can be viewed in just a second without worrying that

a single file is lost. The idea behind an enrollment system is not a new

concept. s student enrollees increase every year, enrollment procedure

become harder to deal. This will only serve to increase the problem facing

enrollment that provides more easy way in enrolling.

This will also be a big help to all the enrollment staff especially under thecomputer department because they are the one who are entitled to touch

and read the information from here. It will help our institution to have

another system that will upgrade the enrollment processes so as to meet

the !uality that our institutions are trying to meet.

Grading System is designed to provide incentive reward for achievement

and assist in identifying problems of the student.

Grading System is the most commonly used in computing and analy"ing

the performance, talent and s#ills of students. It is the important record to#eep even for the longest time for the referral and credentials of the student

to enter their ne$t level of attaining their goals. It is the tract record that

recogni"es of one student, this maybe use for analy"ing of your attitude

and values.

%ased on our research the school is using a manual computation of grades

of each student, which is the traditional use when technology is not yet

developed. &anual computation is very prompt to ris# for any

circumstances. It is time consuming in terms of recording grades,

computation using of calculator. If some records are lost, they neverretrieve it in case of une$pected calamity. ccuracy and security is not

been so defined because of above ris#s. Thus, the proponents created a

system entitled 'Grading System(, which is more accurate, efficient and

very easy to use and friendly user. To that, it will lessen their time and effort

for computing of grades. nd eventually they may avoid rushing

submission of grades. Grading System will help a lot in the part of teachers,

school, administration and as well as the security of data of students.

Today, the use of technology has been an effective tool on improving such#ind of enrollment and Grading System study, the use of )isual %asic *.+

and S- database will help to improve the efficiency of the enrollment.

4. Introduction

To implement the system as a web based system that can be accessed

through internet. 4To create an online interface which students can use to

register online, submit assignment and chec# grades. To enable staff and

lecturers to use it as a platform to communicate with the students to pass

announcements and updates. To create a system which will store all the

details of the students and the staff thus eliminating the manual filing

system and ma#ing modifications of data easier. %C campus

management system is an online system which will be used to manage and

facilitate the educational activities of %C 5niversity. The system will helpthe university to maintain student0s details as well as staff. In addition to

this, the system will wor# as a platform communication where lectures, non1

academic staff and students can communicate. 6esource, announcements

and other important materials will be uploaded on the system. /n the other

hand, student will use the system to register online and chec# their grades

without going to the registry office. %y using this online computeri"ed

system, the university will be able to save a lot of time and money since

tedious and manual wor# is eliminated. 4.4. roblem Statement It is very

time consuming and e$pensive to handle large number of students anddoing things manually will e$ponentially increase time and money spent on

it. &ore staff will be needed and the wor#flow will be very slow thus ma#ing

it very inefficient and tedious. The %C 5niversity has reali"ed the benefits

of computeri"ed system to manage such a large number of students and

staff. It is e$pected that this new system will cater all the needs of the

university and enable it to save more money and time. In addition to the

previous two advantages, the main goal of the system is to ma#e the

university day to day operations and functions faster, more efficient and

reliable. 4.7. urpose 2/bjectives3 The main purpose of this project is to setup a complete computer based campus management system for %C

which is more efficient and faster than the paper based system. The aim of

this is to utili"e the power of computer based systems and overcome the

the aspects of developing a complete website with many features and

pages. The system as mentioned will store all the details of the personal
