Introduction

Essae Digitronics is specialized in providing weighing solutions for various applications.

We have recently diversified from standard products to customized weighing

applications. Few of our recently introduced products are Online weighing systems, Bulk

loading systems (Rapid loading System) Train Weighing Systems, Material handling

systems, Hopper and Tank Weighing Systems.

We are executing Rapid Loading Systems of 4000TPH and 2000TPH at Tata Steel and

Eastern Mineral, Kolkata.

people work with Essae Teroaka Limited and around Two Hundred people with Essae

Digitronics Private Limited. The manpower is of manufacturing, R&D, Quality Control,

Servicing and marketing. The marketing and service network is located in more than

sixty-four places throughout India.

with many types and various capacities of weighing scales. Equity and

Technical collaboration with Teraoka Seiko Co. Ltd. has enabled us to

use their technical expertise and introduce superior products

in the market. Weigh Bridges are manufactured, marketed and

serviced by Essae-Digitronics Pvt. Limited.

4. Essae group is in the electronic weighing business for more than a

decade. Our existing users of weighing scales have very well accepted

us in the market. We were the first company in the country to start

manufacture of electronic weighing scales.

5. We have 32 branches and 56 service centers to provide `quick and

efficient service. Our service engineers are trained periodically to

update their product knowledge and to provide faster service to the

customer.

6. We have our Headquarter at Bangalore with a full-fledged marketing

and service branch office apart from other service centers. The branch

is equipped with essential spares. Servicing of PCBs is de-centralized

enabling our service engineers to respond quickly to the demands of

our customer.

7. We have a very strong installation base of weighing scales with more

than 3,00,000 satisfied customers and 6,00,000 weighing scales in

8. The Load Cells supplied along with the weighbridge are imported from

TEDEA-HUNTLEIGH. The load cells have an ingress protection of IP 68.

The specification of the load cell is BEST IN CLASS.

9. We are offering a unique system that protects the entire weigh Pad

against the ill effects of lightning. Drawings for a special earthling

circuit and a surge protection device are supplied along with the weigh

Pad. These protections ensure better performance and longevity of the

weigh pad.

10. We are providing 12 months guarantee for the entire system against

manufacturing defects. The company will do periodical preventive

maintenance and free replacement of parts in the event of failure.
