What is Required for iCOMM?

Prerequisites for utilizing the iCOMM service– Facility must have “always on” internet access where

units are locatedWired Ethernet connects directly into the iCOMM communications moduleWireless signal can be used by installing optional wireless adapter (Linksys WGA600N recommended)

– Compatible A. O. Smith water heater or boiler featuring A. O. Smith controls
