• Start point was to not only migrate the existing DsC functionality, but to create:

A new service that provides customers with all the information required to manage all subscriptions efficiently – print or electronic

Given the magnitude of this development and the migration, customers had to be involved from the beginning

Thought about what the service should be and any bright ideas we had

All this was put together as a description of the new service

From these discussions, a clear picture of what had to be created was established
