Activity Plan 2012/2013Common Projects
1. Networking of association members and representatives.2. Organising Association LTPIA annual conference.3. Improve collaboration with other associations activities4. Prepare and customise Lithuania EFNMS training and certification
projects. 5. Participate in EFNMS activities and general assembly meetings6. Prepare a comparative analysis (benchmarking ) of Lithuanian
companies based on key maintenance performance indicators.7. Prepare (translated) maintenance terminology in the Lithuanian
language, according to IEC and EN standard.8. Regular seminars at members industrial sites including tour and short
program (~2hours) followed by social activities.

1. Improve market research work.2. Strengthen contacts with local and foreign associated business structures.3. EU and Lithuanian legal acts analysis.4.
