Introducing Custom-Made Plows for HINOS

Meyer/Diamond now offers a custom designed mount for 2005 & later Hino 145/165/185 trucks. This mounting is specifi cally designed to meet the operational requirements of these trucks, and uses the Meyer EZ-Mount Plus mounting system. This system is tough, easy, and attaches/removes quickly. It can be used with Meyer full-trip moldboards and the Meyer EZ-Vector V-plow, or with Diamond bottom-trip moldboards.

This unique two piece system allows users to remove either the entire plow or leave the lift frame and lights attached to the vehicle. You canYou canYeasily remove and store the moldboard and lift frame assembly as a complete unit. The EZ-Mount Plus includes a hydraulic jack that allows you to adjust the plow to the truck for maximum fl exibility when storing the plow on uneven or soft ground. Simply pull two pins, back up and you’re on your way. Maintenance is also easy. Quick-disconnect hydraulic couplers simplify general maintenance, servicing and changing hydraulic oil.

The moldboards listed below meet all the weight requirements of the Front G.A.W.R. The Meyer C Series is available in both steel and polyethylene. Both offer excellent snow rolling action and plowing effi ciency. The C and HML Series are designed to be the ultimate commercial duty plow.

Other standard features include the Meyer high-intensity Nite-Saber Lighting System. These lights have a contemporary style, low profi le and a plastic halogen high/low sealed beam.

All Meyer hydraulic systems are interchangeable on the EZ-Mount Plus. Choose from E-78 Premium Control System, E-60 Deluxe Control System, or E-57 Basic Control System.
