RRespect Our world is a diverse world. To communicate and

grow we must respect one anothers beliefs, values, attitudes

    and faiths.

    E

Education Good learning creates understanding, overcomes

prejudice and opens the gates of dialogue. We are here toteach and to learn, not to convince or convert.

PPerspective Long journeys start with small steps and eyes

    lifted to the horizon.

EEmpathy When we try to see the world through other

peoples eyes, we open our own.

CCelebrationWere all different and that makes us special so

lets bring our differences to the party!

    T

Teaching ofHadiths Live in this world as

though you were going to live forever.

    Stewardship

God creates the universe, but then instructs

mankind to care for it. Genesis 1:26. Then God said,

"Let us make man in our image, and let them rule over the fishof the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all

the earth and over all the creatures that move along the

    ground."

    And more important, it

    encouraged them to

    question, to question their

    own faith, their own basis

    we found that it was

    excellent way of developing

the personality of theperson by encouraging the

    person to reflect upon what

    he thinks and why he

    thinks, what he believes

    and why he believes, so

that is what now excites me

    more than anything else.

    Your students were

    eloquent, honest and

    curious... I loved the way

they referred to oneanother as friends and I was

    really pleased with their

    reactions towards one

another even when showingdisagreement. They had

    obviously really taken in the

    messages about

    communicating honestly in a

    respectful way.

    Theres a real buzz at

    school about Face to Faith.
