We have been updating pictures about activities to ours current
students.
We need to create contents and actions to extend the
conversations on Facebook!

The problems for using an personal
account
According to the Brazilian Facebook Office, using an account in
instead to use a Fan Page can cause two problems:
1 - The user can be punished and deleted for disobeying the rules of
being Facebook.
2 - The company loses the chance to use great features offered by
Facebok Fun Pages.

Which page?
Intrax has too many pages, sometime it is difficult to students figure out
which one is from Intrax San Francisco. I know students who was sure that
he/she was following Intrax SF. This also happened with me!
Some suggestions
Some studies show us the best time to update content on Facebook. I’d
suggest to figure out our best time: what time the students access Facebook?
After classes, during the lunch, at night?
Orientation: tell to the students about our Facebook page/user and show
the page to them.
Student Handbook: include the information about our Facebook (with the
right weblink).
Content calendar: let’s make an organized calendar about our content
updates (Thursday Lessons, Friday quizz, Friday Activies Tips etc).
Facebook calendar: let’s put all activities on Calendar Facebook (making
easy to our students find the information).
Activities schedule: let’s include the Facebook fan page address on the
activity schedule paper’s footer.
Restroom: some companies and school put notes on the restroom’s door
like “enjoy us on Facebook”.
Some suggestions
Announcements: all Tuesday, we should update it as a post/note (making
easy to our students find the information).
Announcements 2: let’s include the Facebook fan page address on the
Announcements paper’s footer.
Likes: Like partners and hosts (we can send an email to our partner ask
them if they are on Facebook and inviting them to visit or page).
Teachers: let’s invite teachers to update English tips on our page.
Content: we can collect an amount of content and schedule them.
Content2: let’s share interesting content from the students and teachers.
Tagging: let’s put notes on the boards inviting people to tag Intrax SF on
their picture and content.

Coupons of discounts (we can make deals or share coupons)

Contests (the prizes could be tickets to watch a show,
to go to a restaurants etc, nothing so expensive)
Quizzes (Facebook has a good tools to do that)
Questions (“Do you have plan for this weeked/holyday”)
Continue the phrase (“If I had 1 milion dollars, I would...”Complete the
blank (“My favorite place in San Francisco is ______”)
