AGENDA

_ Introduction

_ Intrapreneurship vs. Entrepreneurship

_ What to innovate

_ How to be an intrapreneur

What is the

similarity/difference

between

entrapreneurship and

intrapreneurship?

An entrepreneur is someone who, through

his or her skills and passion, creates a

business and is willing to take full

accountability for its success or failure.

An intrapreneur, on the other hand, is

someone who utilizes his or her skill,

passion and innovation to manage or

create something useful for someone else’s

business... with entrepreneurial zest(http://www.ourknowledge.asia/our-knowledge-blog/entrepreneur-or-intrapreneur-whats-the-difference)

ENTREPRENEUR VS. INTRAPRENEUR

Intrapreneur

_ Hold in high regard

the existing processes

they are disrupting

_ Must get buy-in

_ Failure means going

back to the drawing

board

_ Gets a paycheck

Entrepreneur

_ Hold in high regard

time to market,

ideation and

validation

_ Freedom to react on a

whim

_ Failure results in no

paycheck
