Under the current conditions, heavy congestion exists from

westbound I-64 to eastbound I-264 at the I-64/I-264

interchange. To relieve this congestion and improve the

traffic operations from I-64 to I-264 east, a ramp widening

and new system of collector-distributor roads is proposed.
