Module Aims• The aim of this learning session is to include all forms of
knowledge and behaviour that an individual needs to
have in order to be able to participate in an efficient
and constructive way in social life and be able to
resolve conflict. Communication and interpersonal
effectiveness skills, improvement of cross cultural
communication, development of the social and civic
competence as well as basic issues of the European
Union are included in the module.

• A general objective is to improve the interpersonal,
