    In case of erroneous information provided by the distributors, banks block

    that respective party account and issue'raise 4ebit 8ote'7 "hich refers that

    the distributor o"es money to the company. 2nd until that party pays the due

    amount, he cannot give any further order in the future.

    The banks are al"ays alert about security issues. $henever they detect any

    transferred interbank "hen the banks are online bank. 3uch transfer over

    least the ne*t day or more. This "ould impede the on time transfer of

    products at distributors end. UB! can initiate the process of all distributors a'c

    opening in the collection bank. This "ould enable actual cash collection to

    occur in T@. 2nother possible solution could be to avail a product like bill

    purchase line : this "ould mean on collection of instrument bank "ill credit

    equivalent amount in UB!9s a'c. But usually such products are costly.

    2ll the organi%ation faces diKculty at times "hen the instrument gets lost in

    courier service or at teller front. It can be agreed "ith bank, that if such loss

    occurs at bank or other organi%ation appointed by bank, "ithout delay

    equivalent amount to be credited to UB! a'c and duplicate 44 issuance can

    be done in favor of the collecting bank. This "ill help both the distributor and

    includes activities ranging from cash forecast, liquidity O investment
