Your Profile: ICT Allrounder As an ICT allrounder you are involved in the setup of internal Sample Solutions network. Aspects like data storage, access levels, communications and network security will need to be implemented. You are involved in setting up procedures for data archiving, structuring the data flow for daily operations and documenting it. The end goal of the internship is to have processes/procedures in place for access/storage/backup, new personel/leaving personel, password policies and so on. Within Sample Solutions you should also be able to implement process that are necessary for ISO certification. Thus have basic background knowledge or being able to study the ISO requirements it required. A possible ISO handbook will also be part of the internship

around the globe. Therefore we

require a goog English level from all

our staff members. Part of your jobs

includes liasing with suppliers and

clients. Also internal communication

is entirely in English.

You should be familiar with various

network concepts and storage or

archiving of data. The physical

components of the network will

need to be setup as well.

Communication duties include

managing vendor relationship and

key strategic partnerships. Also

technical implementation and

integration of new partnerships is

within the core of your tasks. Lastly

liaising with internal teams to ensure

projects run smoothly and

efficiently.

Internship description

Internship Specifications

These are the various job specification within the role of production mamager in Sample Solutions Europe:

Designing an internal network for data storage, exchange and archiving

Setup of user roles and definitions to control access of data

Creation of an ISO handbook to pass ISO certification

Setting up procedure for flow of data within the network ( local storage / cloud based)

Setup of archive for items like media / HR / Documentations etc.

The length of the internship is between 4 and 6 months.
