Use Keywords for Your Blog Title

When you’re choosing a Blog title you should make sure it is informative, gives your readers an idea of what to expect. You should also make sure that you try to include keywords, choosing the right keywords will help for your blog to gain search engine rankings quicker.

When you’re using the Google Keyword Tool, you can type in a search query and then see how many searches there are for that keywords both locally and globally.

Pick a keyword which is searched for a lot, I would avoid any term which returns less than 3000 global searches per month

Content Tips for your Blog

You must always make sure that your content is rich, unique, and interesting in addition to this remember those keywords you found earlier, you need to make sure that you use these keywords in your content. As a general rule of thumb you want to make sure that you include your keyword in your title (once or even twice if you can), at least once in opening paragraph (but no more than twice), thereafter once or twice in the following paragraphs and then once in the final paragraph.

One thing which is a key part of your blog is that you create lots of links within your blog to your Website. So for example when you’re using some of those keywords link them back to your shop. In addition to this you can, for example, finish a post off with “.... so to view the latest products click here”

If you use Blogger.com which Google own you can add Adsense to your blog which basically means that Google will place ads on your blog, then anytime someone visits your blog and clicks on an advert placed on your blog by Google you’ll get paid.

Adsense can be added to any blog that you set up, all you need is to sign up for a Google account and then apply for Adsense. Adsense is a great method for making some extra money.
