Bright Idea – If the end user can’t find “Tools”, have the end user hold the ALT button and press the T button.

Clearing Cache

1. Go to the “Tools.” 2. Select “Internet Options.” 3. On the “General” tab, click on the “Delete” button under “Browsing History” 4. In the “Delete Browsing History” window, ensure all boxes are selected and click “Delete.” 5. Click “OK.”

Enabling Cookies

1. Go “Tools.” 2. Select “Internet Options.” 3. Select the “Privacy” tab. 4. Slide the slider to the bottom of the scale. 5. Select “OK.”

Disable Pop-up Blockers

1. Go to the “Tools” menu. 2. Select “Internet Options” from the menu list. 3. Click on “Privacy Tab” in new window. 4. Go down to “Pop-Up Blocker” Section. 5. Unmark the Check box labeled “Turn on Pop-Up Blocker”. 6. Click “OK”

1. Go to the “Tools” menu. 2. Select “Pop Up Blocker.” 3. Select “Turn off Pop-up Blocker.”

1. Go to the “Tools.” 2. Select “Clear Recent History.” 3. In the “Time range to clear” dropdown menu, select “Everything.” 4. Click the button (arrow) to the left of "Details." 5. Ensure the “Browsing History & Download History,” “Saved Form & Search History,”

“Cache” and “Active Logins,” boxes are checked. 6. Click on the “Clear Now” button.

Enable Cookies

1. Go to “Tools.” 2. Select “Options.” 3. Select “Privacy.” 4. In the “Firefox will” dropdown menu, select “Use custom settings for history.” 5. Ensure the box next to “Accept cookies from sites” is checked. 6. Click “OK.”

Disable Pop-up Blockers

1. Go to “Tools.” 2. Select “Options.” 3. Select “Content.” 4. Uncheck the “Block pop-up windows” box. 5. Click “OK”

Clearing Cache

1. Click “Tools” (wrench icon in the upper-right corner) and select “Options.”

2. In the tab that says “Under the Bonnet” click “Clear browsing data.”

Empty the cache

4. In the “Clear data from this period” dropdown menu, select “Everything.”

Clearing Cache

1. Click “Tools” (3 horizontal lines icon in the upper-right corner).

3. Click on “Show advanced settings”. It is in blue at the bottom of the screen, as shown here.

4. Scroll to the Privacy section and click on “Clear browsing data”.

5. Change “Obliterate the following items from” section to “the beginning of time”.

6. Check “Empty the Cache”.

7. Click on “Clear browsing data”.

Clearing Cache

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Choose “Empty Cache” from the pull down menu. 3. Select “Yes,” if asked if you really want to delete the cache. 4. Click on “Empty.” 5. Close and re-open the browser.

Enable Cookies

Safari 5.0 (MAC)

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Select “Preferences.” 3. Select “Security.” 4. Under “Accept Cookies,” select “Always.” 5. Click “Close.”

Safari 5.1 or Later (MAC)

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Select “Preferences.” 3. Select “Security.” 4. Under “Block Cookies,” select “Never.” 5. Click “Close.”

Disable Pop-up Blockers

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Select the option to turn “Block Pop-ups” off.

Clearing Cache

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Click on “Preferences”. 3. Click on the icon that says “Advanced”. 4. Put a check in the box that says “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.

5. Click on the “Develop” tab. 6. Click on “Empty Cache.”

Enable Cookies

1. From the menu bar, click “Safari.” 2. Select “Preferences.” 3. Select “Security.” 4. Under “Block Cookies,” select “Never.” 5. Click “Close.”

Disable Pop-up Blockers
