Prior to using RSA you need to properly configure your browser. 1. PAGE SETTINGS 2. REGIONAL SETTING 3. POP-UP BLOCKERS 4. BROWSER HISTORY 5. TRUSTED SITES 6. COMPATIBILITY VIEWS
The important changes are in BROWSER HISTORY.
In Internet Explorer, Click on [ File ] and then [ Page Setup ]
The Left, Right, Top and Bottom Margins (inches) must be set to 0.25. If your margin settings are in mm. You need to first to change them to inches (see next section REGIONAL SETTINGS).

The 3 Header fields and the 3 Footer fields must be set to –Empty-. Use the drop down menu and select [ –Empty- ] for all the Header and Footer fields.
You also need to make sure that the checkbox Enable Shrink-to-Fit is unchecked.
Once completed, the Page Setup screen should look like the one above. Click on [ OK ]

If your margin settings in Page Setup were set to mm, you need to change them to inches. Otherwise skip this section. . From [ Start ] click on [ Control Panel ]

In the Regional Options tab, click on [ Customize ]
Change the Measurement System from [ Metric ] to [ U.S. ]
Click on [ OK ]

RSA needs to be able to use POP-UPS. In Internet Explorer, click on [ Tools ], [ Pop-up Blocker ] and then select [Pop-up Blocker settings ]

In the field Address of website to allow : enter - YOU HAVE A SERVER = 192.168.10.40 or if your server uses a different IP address, enter it. - YOU USE RSA ONLINE = https://www.rsaaccounting.com
Click on [ Add ]
Once the website is added to the Allowed sites list Click on [ Close ]

In Internet Explorer, Click on [ Tools ] and then [ Internet Options ]
Click on the [ General ] tab and then in the Browsing history section
Make sure that the Delete browsing history on exit is unchecked Click on [ OK ]
