Have a web site-  marked as pro-democracy activist

Post news with topics such as: police brutality, freedom of speech, democracy. Because of these rules Voice of America is now blocked in China.

Have a web site or to post content related to the Taiwanese government.

To create or provide any content which may be seen by the Chinese authorities as a pornographic or violent

Talk about criminals, especially if it includes some of the national or city authorities

Post anything about Tibet, Dalai Lama, neither about his teachings or philosophy.
