ONBOARD MEALS As from 26 April there will no longer be a free snack service on LATAM flights between Chile & the Falkland Islands, on all domestic flights within Chile & regional flights within South America. The on-board purchase menu is available to view (in Spanish) at https://www.latam.com/mercadolatam/chile/productos. You may however wish to take your own food/snacks. This will allow the airline to compete with budget carriers such as SKY. Remember that no liquids are permitted through security at Mt. Pleasant and no fruit, vegetables or meat/dairy products may be taken into Chile. The list of products permitted to be brought into the Falklands can be found at http://www.fig.gov.fk/agriculture/index.php/services/biosecurity.
