2. Arrival, Registration and Check-in [0] Please inform the coordinator from OUEL of your flight information once you purchase the flight
ticket. Please be aware that you must keep the receipts / invoices. (1) Please come to the hotel on your own and contact the coordinator from OUEL for your
registration and flight reimbursement. Please bring your passport, invoices /receipts with you. (2) Please note that you are responsible for transportation from/to airport/station in your home
country. (3) OUEL students and staff will be arriving at International Airport at 21:45 (KE724) on August
19th. You may join us at the airport if your arrival time is before that of the OUEL delegation.

1) Letter of Recommendation written by your supervisor 2) Copy of Passport - Information (ID) page 3) 1 photograph (passport size) *all documents shall be prepared in English or
with English translation.
6. Programme Fee / Financial Aid
■Program Fee: 600 USD (domestic transportation, meals, activity fees) <for an invited student speaker>
*We reimburse your flight up to USD 1,500 for an invited student speaker from the sister university.
