The Upper Grand District School Board region has both rural and urban communities that are rich with Canadian history and heritage.With ten of our highs schools in the International Student Program, there is a school and a community to suit every student.
The Board offices and three of our ISP-program schools are in Guelph, the largest city in our district, about an hour’s drive from Toronto. Guelph is rated one of the safest communities in Canada – a thriving city with shopping malls, movie theatres, recreation and sports complexes, performing arts centres and prestigious educational institutions, including the renowned research and agricultural school, University of Guelph.
