international pillow fight day 2014

During the spring of 2014, London’s effort for International Pillow Fight Day was held in Trafalgar Square.
People were alerted to the event via social media.
The result was one hell of a packed Trafalgar Square with people spilling into the roads, some oblivious to the
fact it was a road and others just carried along in the crowd.
The idea is to keep your pillow stowed in a bag until the start time, then for two minutes unveil your pillow and let
slip the dogs of war.
After the two minutes were up you’d pop your pillow back in your bag and disappear off into the cover of London.
The crowd was excited to say the least. Pillows were out and ready, people we eager to have some harmless
violence.
