AUDIO-VISUAL, COMPUTER RENTALS The official supplier for audio-visual equipment and services for IMRP 2011 is to be confirmed by 15 March 2011. BOOTH FURNISHINGS AND PLANS Deadline: 15 April 2011 A pipe & drape booth is included in the exhibition fee. Please note that the exhibit hall has wall-to-wall carpets. Please indicate on the exhibitor reply form if you will build your own booth or use the provided booth. 1. If you use the pipe and drape booth: You must inform the IMRP Exhibit Office by 15 April 2011 via the reply form. Your booth will be installed prior to your arrival on site. Each regular 10’ X 10’ (3m X 3m) booth package includes: • 8’ high background and 3’ high side dividers in black flameproof drapes • One (1) 6’L x 30’’H x 24”D table with black skirt • Two (2) grey side chairs • One (1) 7” x 44” identification sign, black block letters on white background • One (1) wastebasket • Overnight security and general aisle cleaning N.B. These furnishings are approved by show management and may not be returned or exchanged for a credit, reimbursement, or for alternative furnishings. Last minute and on-site modifications or orders will be subject to additional fees. 2. If you bring your own booth: The IMRP Exhibit Office must approve any booth built by an exhibitor or rented from a firm other than the official decorator. The approval ensures that the dimensions were respected. The exhibitor remains fully liable to assure that the custom-booth fits the provided 10’x10’ space. Please submit your sketches / plans before 15 April 2011. Please be reminded that the maximum building height in the exhibit hall is 8 feet. CATERING If you wish to serve food or beverages in your booth, you must contact the Hilton Bonaventure directly. Consumption or distribution of alcohol by exhibitors in their booth and in the exhibit hall is prohibited. Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks are served daily. CEILING HEIGHT & COLUMN DIMENSIONS The maximum building height in halls Fontaine ABCD is 8 feet and the columns in the exhibit hall measure 40’’ X 40’’.

CUSTOMS BROKER & SHIPPING North American Logistics Services has been appointed official Customs Broker & Freight Forwarder for IMRP. Exhibitors who follow the instructions of North American Logistics Services will experience no difficulty exhibiting in Canada. North American Logistics Services will have a representative on site throughout the event for your convenience. Shipping Instructions are located in section 4. DECORATOR & DRAYAGE Clarkson - Conway, Inc., a GES affiliated company, is the official decorator for IMRP 2011. Its services include the supplying of extra furniture, accessories, signs, labor, flowers & plants, and drayage. Detailed brochure and order forms for additional services, and order forms for drayage are located in section 4. ELECTRICAL SERVICES & INTERNET One electrical outlet of 15amp is provided as part of the exhibitor package. You can plug in up to 2 pieces of equipment such as laptop computers. For additional electrical needs, please complete the order form Hilton Bonaventure, who holds exclusive rights to provide this service in the exhibit area. High speed Internet access can be ordered on the same form. Wireless service is available at the conference for delegate’s use but high speed capacity can not be guaranteed at all times. If you have a demonstration that requires online access, we strongly encourage you to order a wired Internet line. Order form for Electrical Services & Internet is located in section 4. EXHIBITOR LISTING Deadline: 15 April 2011 All IMRP 2011 exhibiting organizations are entitled to a listing in the Exhibit Directory.
We ask that you use the Exhibitor Reply form to provide this information. The form is available in the exhibit section of the website at www.imrp2011.com.

EXHIBIT TIMETABLE Set-up: Monday, 13 June 2011 10:00 - 20:00 All crates and boxes must be removed from the exhibit floor by 20:00 on Monday, June 13, 2011. If the booth space is not occupied by 20:00 on Monday, 13 June 2011, the IMRP Exhibit Office reserves the right to use such space as it deems appropriate. All exhibits must be completed by Tuesday, 14 June 2011 at 09:00. Official opening hours: Tuesday, 14 June 2011 10:00 - 17:00 Wednesday, 15 June 2011 10:00 - 17:00 Thursday, 16 June 2011 10:00 - 14:00
Exhibitors will be allowed in the exhibit hall 30 minutes before it opens, and may also leave 30 minutes after closing. Please check with the IMRP Exhibit Office if additional time is required. All exhibits must be opened and staffed during official opening hours. Move-out: Thursday, 16 June 2011 14:00 - 20:00 The cartons, followed by the crates will then begin to be returned. All equipment must be ready and assembled at the loading dock before carriers are permitted access to the area. All display material must be cleared from the exhibit hall by 20:00, Thursday, 16 June 2011. Should an exhibitor fail to remove his exhibit, the IMRP Exhibit Office reserves the right to remove such exhibit at the exhibitor’s expense. FLOOR PLAN The floor plan shows the actual booth locations as of 15 September 2010. The IMRP Exhibit Office, for the overall benefit of the exhibition, may modify general layout and booth allocations.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Deadline: 31 May 2011 Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to reserve their hotel rooms at the venue hotel Hilton Bonaventure as soon as possible. We have negotiated an excellent rate of $199 plus taxes per night. The room block will sell out quickly given the Conference starts right after that Formula 1 weekend. Contact information for the Hilton Bonaventure is located in section 4. Please make sure to refer to IMRP 2011 when reserving via telephone. INSURANCE Deadline: 31 May 2011 The exhibitor should get proper liability insurance, being solely responsible for any physical loss or damage to, or any personal injury or other liability arising from exhibit material. All exhibitor property is in the care, custody and control of the exhibitor at all times. The period of liability of the exhibitor shall be deemed to run from the time the exhibitor or any of its staff first enters the exhibitor grounds, and to continue until all his exhibits and property have been removed. The IMRP Organizing Committee, Congress Secretariat and Exhibit Office, the Hilton Bonaventure or its agents assume no responsibility for bodily loss of, or damage to products, booths, equipment of decorations, due to fire, water accident, theft or any other cause while they are on the premises or in any of its outbuildings. Therefore, the exhibitor will provide IMRP by 31 May 2011, with satisfactory proof of liability insurance in the limit of $2,000,000 each and every occurrence with an insurance company acceptable to IMRP and naming IMRP and the Hilton Bonaventure as additional insured. INTERNET Wireless Internet access for all delegates will be provided. However, companies relying on steady and fast Internet connectivity in their booth are strongly encouraged to order a wired Internet line from the Hilton Bonaventure. See order form in section 4. LIABILITY Neither IMRP 2011, the Congress Organizer, the Hilton Bonaventure, any suppliers, their employees or representatives, nor any member of the IMRP Organizing Committee is responsible for any injury that may occur to the Exhibitor or to the Exhibitor’s employees or representatives, or for physical loss or damage of their property, including personal property, from any cause whatsoever.

The exhibitor expressly releases and holds harmless the above entities; associations, employees and members thereof from any and all claims arising from any cause whatsoever. PUBLIC ACCESS • The main entrance to the Hilton Bonaventure is at 900 de la Gauchetière. • The Bonaventure metro station is connected to the Hilton Bonaventure. REGISTRATION Deadline: 31 May 2011 IMRP exhibiting companies are permitted: • Three (3) exhibitor badges per regular booth (100 sq. ft.) allowing access to the
exhibit hall, refreshment breaks and lunches. • One (1) programme book per exhibiting company Please provide this information on the Exhibitor Reply Form located in section 4 to reserve your badges. SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM The most recent scientific program details are available on our frequently updated website www.imrp2011.com. SECURITY General security will be provided from beginning of move-in to the end of move-out. Although the IMRP Exhibit Office provides general security, the Office, the Congress Organizer and the Hilton Bonaventure will not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or personal possessions before, during or after the exhibition, or for personal injury to the exhibitor, company employees or representatives. If your displays are very valuable or sensitive and you wish to hire security personnel to attend to your stand exclusively during off show hours, please contact the IMRP Exhibit Office for information. Please note that you may not use personnel from any other security agency. We ask your assistance and cooperation with our security efforts by being aware of the following rules and guidelines: • Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to the exhibit hall, from move-in
through move-out. • Exhibit move-in or move-out of the hall is not permitted during the exhibition opening
hours. • If deliveries or pick-ups of any kind are to be made prior to, during or after the close
of the exhibition, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to obtain the necessary paperwork/credentials at the IMRP Exhibitor Registration Counter, for these people to gain admittance to the exhibit hall.
• Please keep your giveaways and other promotional material out of sight after exhibit hours.

• Never leave laptop computers or any valuable items in your booth unattended. • Please do not schedule any meetings in your booth outside of exhibit hours. • Safety and courtesy require that all aisles be free of obstacles such as protruding
furniture, displays or display material. SHIPPING OF MATERIAL AND ADVANCE WAREHOUSE STORAGE The IMRP Exhibit Office strongly recommends the use of Clarkson Conway, Inc., the drayage contractor, to avoid long waits at the loading dock. SHIPPING TO HOTEL DIRECTLY

Important: The Hilton Bonaventure will not accept shipments either prior to or after the assigned set-up hours. MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE HOTEL BEFORE FRIDAY, 10 JUNE 2011. ADVANCE WAREHOUSE SHIPPING OPTION Exhibitors wishing to ship their freight for arrival before June 10 must use the Advance Warehouse Storage option of Clarkson Conway, Inc. Please refer to the order forms in section 4.

ADMISSION TO THE IMRP EXHIBIT The IMRP Exhibit Office reserves the right to refuse admission to the exhibit to any visitor, exhibitor or employee of an exhibitor who, in their opinion, is undesirable or likely to disrupt the smooth functioning of the event. N.B. Children under 12 years of age are not admitted during move-in and move-out. During exhibit hours children must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age. ALLOCATION OF SPACE The IMRP Exhibit Office reserves the right to allocate space to the exhibitor according to the total exhibit design and overall space constraints. CARE OF RENTED SPACE Exhibitors must make sure that the space rented for their booth remains in good condition. They must not use, or allow the use of nails, screws, hooks or other similar fixtures for attaching any items. It is forbidden to paint the floor or to put anything on it without adequate protection that has been approved by the IMRP Exhibit Office. Exhibitors may not put signs on the walls of the Hilton Bonaventure without written permission from the Office. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION The exhibitor agrees to comply with and accept terms and conditions on the contract for space location and the “Exhibitor Guide & Service Manual” issued by the IMRP Exhibit Office and such other rules and regulations or operating procedures as the Office may reasonably require for orderly construction, conduct and dismantling of the exhibition from move-in through move-out. DANGEROUS MATERIALS No naked lights and lamps or temporary gas or electrical fittings may be used in the exhibition halls without prior permission from the IMRP Exhibit Office. No explosives, petrol, dangerous gases or highly inflammable substances are allowed in the hall. No radioactive materials are to be used. ENTERTAINMENT OR SOCIAL FUNCTIONS No entertainment or social functions may be scheduled to conflict with the official IMRP program or exhibit hours.

FIREPROOFING The Montréal Fire Department regulations require that all objects or materials used for decoration are non-flammable. INSPECTION OF LEASED PREMISES The IMRP Exhibit Office will inspect the leased areas with a representative of the Hilton Bonaventure. Both parties will note existing damage to walls and floors, as any additional damage to the premises will be charged to the exhibitor for repairs. KEEPING EXITS CLEAR Display material may not block:
• Emergency Exits • Fire-hose Cabinets • Fire Alarms • Fire Alarm Rooms • Electrical Rooms • Signs • Cleaning Stations
PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOTAPING OF EXHIBIT Photography of exhibits and displayed equipment (other than your own) is strictly prohibited. Please note that exhibitors have the right to request that photographs may not be taken without permission. PROHIBITION OF STICKERS Stickers of any kind are prohibited at the Hilton Bonaventure because of the removal and cleaning problems they create. Anyone who ignores this regulation will be billed for the cost of cleaning and repairs. RESTRICTIONS The following restrictions are applicable to exhibitors and helpers used during move-in and move-out of the exhibition. Animals: with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs, no animals, birds or pets of any
description are permitted without prior written approval of the IMRP Exhibit Office.
Escalators: are not to be used for transporting freight or equipment from level to level. General: absolutely no drinking of alcoholic beverages, possession or usage of prohibited
substances; no horseplay or other activities that can create accidents.

SOLICITING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES Not only commercial soliciting, but also distribution of samples, souvenirs and promotional items are prohibited except inside an exhibitor’s own booth. These activities are forbidden in the aisles, restaurants or entrance hall. SOUND TRANSMISSION The prescribed standard is as follows: level may not exceed 70 decibels, 4 feet (1.22 meters) away from the source. Any machine, musical group, information broadcaster or any other source may not exceed this limit. The IMRP Exhibit Office will be the sole judge in this matter. SUBLETTING It is strictly forbidden for an exhibitor to sublet the whole or any part of his booth space without prior written permission of the IMRP Exhibit Office.

Material Handling is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to yourbooth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal ofyour materials from your booth for reloading onto your outbound carrier.This is not to be confused with the cost to transport your exhibit material toand from the event.
Benefits of Advance Shipping to the GES CANADA Warehouse● Storage of materials for up to 20 days prior to the show.● Delivery of Shipments to your booth by the beginning of move-in(schedule permitting).● Some conventions centres and hotels do not have facilities for receivingor storing freight.● Saves valuable set-up time.
How to ship in Advance to the GES CANADA Warehouse● Remove all old shipping and empty storage labels.● Fill out and attached enclosed Advance Shipping Labels.● Complete the enclosed Advance Material Handling order form.● All shipments must have a bill of lading or delivery slip showing thenumber of pieces, weight, and type of merchandise.● Take the time to ensure that your display and products are packed neatlyand securely.● Do not ship uncrated materials to the warehouse.● Please note that when utilizing a ground carrier other than the official,U.S. shipments will require customs clearance before delivery to theadvance warehouse. Freight CarriersSelect a carrier with experience in handling exhibition materials. Make sureto give your carrier explicit information as to where and when to check-in.Delivery and pick up times are often out of the range of "normal" deliverhours, make sure your carrier is committed to meeting your target datesand times. While making shipping plans to the Show, also plan for thereturn shipment.
Tracking ShipmentsConfirm your delivery date and time with your carrier, and have all pertinentshipping information in the hands of your representative at showsite. Youmay also want to review the return of your goods at the end of the show.
Estimating Material Handling ChargesHandling charges are based on the weight of the freight. Shipments arebilled by the hundred weight and rounded up to the nearest hundred.Minimum per shipment may apply, see enclosed Material Handling OrderForm for details. Please prepay all shipping charges - GES CANADAcannot accept or be responsible for collect shipments. Crated and uncratedshipments must be separated and clearly identified on your bill of lading.● Crated - Material that is skidded, or is any type of shipping container thatcan be unloaded at the dock with no additional handling required.● Uncrated - Material that is shipped loose or pad-wrapped, and/orunskidded machinery without proper lifting bars or hooks.● Special Handling - Defined as shipments that are loaded by cubic spaceand/or packed in such a manner as to require special handling, such asground loading, side door loading, constricted space loading, anddesignated piece loading or stacked shipments. Also included are mixedshipments and shipments without proper delivery receipts.
● Overtime Surcharges - Shows that move-in or move-out on weekends orlate in the day may be subject to overtime surcharges. See enclosedMaterial Handling Order Form for details.● Late Surcharges - A surcharge may apply if advance freight is receivedafter the published deadline date for shipments to arrive at the warehouse.See enclosed Material Handling Order Form for details.
Storing Empty ContainersProperly labeled empty shipping cartons will be picked up, stored andreturned after the show. Labels are available at the GES CANADAServicentre of from your GES Service Executive and are for empty storageonly. Depending on the size of the show, it can take from one (1) to four (4)hours to return empty crates. Do not store any items in crates marked empty.
Forced FreightShipments left on-site after will betransferred to a storage warehouse. Charges relating to such shipping andhandling will be charged to the exhibitor.
Outgoing ShipmentsAn OMHF (Outbound Material Handling Form / Bill of Lading) mustaccompany all outgoing shipments. Shipping information, outbound formsand labels will be available at the GES CANADA Servicentre. Exhibitorsselecting non-official carriers will need to make their own arrangements forpickup. Make sure that someone from your company will be on-site tooversee the outbound shipment of your display and product.
Machinery Labour and EquipmentLabour and equipment for uncrating, unskidding, positioning, leveling,dismantling, recrating, and reskidding machinery and/or equipment must beordered separately. Place your order for this using the In-Booth Forklift andLabour Order Form. If you material requires specialized rigging equipment,please notify us promptly so that we can make arrangements. Whenpossible supply your own rigging equipment with shipments and pre-rig yourmaterial
InsuranceAll of goods should be insured by your own insurance policy. Although we doour best to handle your goods as our own, there are many variables inshipping and handling that can affect your exhibit and products. GESCANADA has published GES CANADA Terms & Conditions of Contract thatare in your exhibitor service manual. Please read them carefully. It isrecommended that your goods be insured.
GES CANADA Limits of Liability● Liability - GES is liable for loss or damage to your goods ONLY if the
loss or damage was caused by GES CANADA negligence.● Measure of Damage - If GES CANADA was negligent and the
negligence caused either loss or damage to your goods, then the measure ofthat damage will be determined by the following:
a. Measure of damages in all situations (including b. below) will be limitedby the Depreciated Value of the goods or repair costs, whichever is less.
b. The lesser of $0.30 per pound per piece, $50 per piece, or $1000 peroccurrence.GES CANADA does not offer or sell insurance. GES CANADA is not liableand will not owe for loss or damage to your goods if the damage was notcaused by GES CANADA.

I. Definitions:Agents: GES CANADA's agents, sub-contractors, carriers, and the agents of each.Customer: Exhibitor or other party requesting services from GES CANADA.Carrier: Motor carrier, van line, air carrier, or air or surface carrier/ freight forwarder.Shipper: Party who tenders Goods to Carrier for transportation.Goods: Exhibits, property, and commodities of any type for which GES CANADA is requested to perform services.Cold Storage: Holding of Goods in a climate controlled area.Accessible Storage: Holding of Goods in an area from which Goods may be removed during shows.Services: Warehousing, transportation, drayage, un-supervised labour, supervised labour and/or related services.Show Site: The venue or place where an exposition or event takes place.Supervised Labour: Labour that is provided to a Customer to install or dismantle a booth or exhibit space, and is supervised and/or directed by GES CANADA.Un-Supervised Labour: Labour that is provided to a Customer to install or dismantle a booth or exhibit space and per Customer's election is not supervised and/or directed by GES CANADA. Customer assumes the responsibility for the work of labour when Customer elects to use unsupervised labour.
II. Scope:These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Customer, GES CANADA, and their respective Agents and representatives, including but not limited to Customer contracted labour such as Customer Appointed Contractors and Installation and Dismantle Companies, and any other party with an interest in the Goods. Each shall have the benefit of and be bound by all provisions stated herein, including but not limited to time limits and limitations of liability.By acceptance of services of GES CANADA or Agents, Customer and any other party with an interest in the Goods agree to these Terms and Conditions.
III. Customer Obligations:Payment for Services. Customer shall be liable for all unpaid charges for services performed by GES CANADA or Agents. Customer authorizes GES CANADA to charge its' credit card directly for services rendered on its' behalf after departure, by placing an order on-line, via fax, phone, or through a work order on site.Credit Terms. All charges are due before Services are performed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. GES CANADA has the right to require prepayment or guarantee of the charges at the time of request for Services. A failure to pay timely will result in Customer having to pay in cash in advance for future services. If a credit card is provided to GES CANADA, GES CANADA is authorized to bill to such credit card any unpaid charges for services provided Customer, including charges for return shipping. Any charges not paid within 30 days of deliver will be subject to interest at 1.5% per month until paid.
IV. Mutual Obligations:Indemnification:Customer to GES CANADA: Except to the extent of GES CANADA's own negligence and/or willful misconduct, Customer shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify GES CANADA from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, liability, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, resulting from any injury to or death of persons, or damage to property, relating to or arising from performance under this Agreement.Customer agrees to indemnify and hold GES CANADA harmless for any and all acts of its representatives and agents,
including but not limited to Customer Appointed Contractors and Installation and Dismantle Companies, any subtenant or other user of its' space or any agents or employees engaged in business on its' behalf of Customer or present at Customers' invitation.GES CANADA to Customer: To the extent of GES CANADA's own negligence and/or willful misconduct, and subject to the limitations of liability below, GES CANADA shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify Customer from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, liability, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, resulting from any injury to or death of persons, or damage to property other than Goods. GES CANADA assumes no liability for bodily injury resulting from Customer's presence in areas which have been marked as "off limits to exhibitors" and during hours and days when exhibitors are present in the facility, prior to the start of and after the conclusion of their space lease with show management.
V. No liability for consequential damages. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME.
VI. GES CANADA Liability for Loss or Damage to GoodsNegligence standard: GES CANADA shall be liable, subject to the limitations contained herein, for loss or damage to Goods only if such loss or damage is caused by the direct negligence or willful misconduct of GES CANADA.Condition of Goods: GES CANADA shall not be liable for damage, loss, or delay to uncrated freight, freight improperly packed, glass breakage or concealed damage. GES CANADA shall not be liable for ordinary wear and tear in handling of Goods or for damage to shrink wrapped Goods. All Goods should be able to withstand handling by heavy equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, cranes, or dollies. It is the Customers' responsibility to ensure that Goods are packaged correctly prior to shipment or movement on or off the Show floor.Receipt of Goods: GES CANADA shall not be liable for Goods received without receipts, freight bills, or specified unit counts on receipts or freight bills. Such Goods shall be delivered to booth without the guarantee of piece count or condition.Force Majeure: GES CANADA shall not be liable for loss or damage that results from Acts of God, weather conditions, act or default of Customer, shipper, or the owner of the Goods, inherent nature of the Goods, public enemy, public authority, labour disputes, and acts of terrorism or war.Cold Storage: Goods requiring cold storage are stored at Customer's own risk. GES CANADA assumes no liability or responsibility for Cold Storage.Accessible Storage: GES CANADA assumes no liability for loss or damage to Goods while in Accessible Storage. Storage charges are for the use of space and are not a form of insurance, or a guarantee of security.Unattended Goods: GES CANADA assumes no liability for loss or damage to unattended Goods received at Show Site at any time from the point of receipt of inbound Goods until the loading of the outbound Goods, including the entire term of the respective show or exhibition. Customer is responsible for insuring its' own Good for any and all risk of loss.Labour: GES assumes no liability for loss, damage, or bodily injury arising out of Customer's supervision of GES provided labour. If GES CANADA supervises labour for a fee, GES CANADA shall be liable only for actions or claims arising out of its' negligent supervision. If Customer elects to use unsupervised labour, then Customer assumes all liability for the actions or claims that arise out of such work, and shall provide GES CANADA and show management with an indemnity, including defense costs, for any claims that result from Customers' supervision or failure to supervise assigned labour.

Empty Storage: GES CANADA assumes no liability for loss or damage to Goods orcrates, or the contents therein, while containers are in storage. It is the Customer'ssole responsibility to affix the appropriate labels available at the GES CANADAService Desk for empty container storage. Damage that is the direct result of GESCANADA's negligence shall be subject to the limitations of liability set forth in thisdocument.Forced Freight: GES CANADA shall not be liable for Goods not picked up byCustomer's chosen carrier by the show deadline. It is the Customer's responsibilityto complete accurate paperwork for shipping and ensure its' Goods are appropriatelylabeled. Customer acknowledges that it is a lessee of space, and as such has anobligation to remove its' Goods on or before the targeted time. If Goods remain onthe floor after this point, GES CANADA has the right to remove them in order torestore the premises to its original condition for show management pursuant to thevenue's lease with show management. In such cases GES CANADA is authorized toproceed in the manner chosen Customer on the Order for Material HandlingServices/ Straight Bill of Lading. Failure to select on of the provided options willresult in re-routing at GES CANADA's discretion, and at Customer's expenseassuming the Goods are labeled for return. GES CANADA retains the right todispose of Goods left on the show floor without liability if left unattended, left withoutlabels or not correctly labeled.Concealed Damage: GES CANADA shall not be liable for concealed loss ordamage, uncrated Goods, or improperly package or labeled Goods.Unattended Booth: GES CANADA shall not be liable for any loss or damageoccurring while Goods are unattended in Customer's booth at any time, including,but not limited to, the time the Goods are delivered to the dock until the time theGoods are received by Customer's chosen carrier. All Material Handling Formsand/or Straight Bills of Lading covering outgoing Goods submitted to GES CANADAwill be checked at the time of pickup from the booth and corrections to the count orcondition will be documented where discrepancies exist.Measure of Damage: GES CANADA's liability shall be limited to the lesser of 1) thedepreciated value of Goods, 2) repair cost, or 3) the limitation of liability. Thelimitation of liability shall be $0.30 (thirty cents) per pound per piece, $50 (fiftydollars) per article or $1000.00 (one thousand dollars) per shipment.No Insurance: GES CANADA is not an insurance company and does not offer orprovide insurance. It is the obligation of Customer to ensure Goods are insured at alltimes. Loss or theft of the Goods in storage or in transit to and from the show and orwhile on the show floor is the sole responsibility of Customer, unless it is shown thatGES CANADA performed in a manner that constitutes gross negligence in theperformance of its services for Customer.Notice of loss or damage: In order to have a valid claim, notice of loss or damage toGoods must be given to GES CANADA within 24 hours of occurrence or delivery ofGoods, whichever is later.Filing of Claim: Any claim for loss or damage to Goods must be in writing, containingfacts sufficient to identify the Goods, asserting liability for alleged loss or damage,and making claim for the payment of a specified or determinable amount of money.Such claim must be filed with the appropriate party within the time limits specifiedbelow.Damage Reports, incident reports, inspection reports, notations of shortage ordamage on freight bills or other documents, do not constitute filing of a claim.Claim for goods alleged to be lost, stolen or damaged at the Show Site must bereceived in writing by GES CANADA within sixty (60) days after the close of theshow.Claims for Goods alleged to be lost or damaged during transit must be received bythe responsible party within nine (9) months of the date of delivery of Goods. GESLogistics subcontracts the movement of Goods to third party carriers. Claims fordamage in transit should be made directly with the Customer's carrier as shown onthe Material Handling form / Straight Bill of Lading. In the event of a dispute eith GESCANADA, Customer will not withhold payment or any amount due GES CANADA forServices as an offset against the amount of the alleged loss or damage. Customeragrees to pay GES CANADA prior to the close of the show for all such charges andfurther agrees that any claim Customer may have against GES CANADA shall bepursued independently by Customer as a separate action to be resolved on its ownmerits. GES CANADA reserves the right to pursue collection on amounts owed aftershow close, without regard to any amount alleged to be owed for damage, or loss.Filing of Suit: Any action at law regarding loss or damage to Goods must be filedwithin one (1) years of the date of declination of any part of a claim.
VII. Jurisdiction, Choice of Forum.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with theapplicable laws of Canada or, alternatively, and depending on jurisdiction, the lawsof the Province of Québec.
VIII. Advance Warehousing / Temporary Storage / Long Term Storage.All terms and conditions relative to Advanced Warehousing / Temporary Storage / LongTerm Storage are contained in the separate agreement entitled "Storage Agreement". Inthe event that a Storage Agreement is not executed between the parties, the followingshall apply with respect to GES CANADA's liability for Customer's Goods:
The responsibility of GES CANADA with respect to Exhibit Material is limited to theexercise of ordinary care and diligence in handling and storing of Customer's Goods.GES CANADA shall be liable only for loss or damage to Goods caused by GESCANADA's sole negligence. GES CANADA's liability is limited to sixty ($0.60) cents perpound or the actual cash value per article. In the case of partial loss or damage, themaximum liability shall be prorated based on weight. GES CANADA is not responsiblefor any loss or damage to Goods caused by, but not limited to fire, theft, the elements,vandalism, moisture, vermin, mechanical breakdown or failure, freezing or changes intemperature, as well as any other causes beyond GES CANADA's immediate control.GES CANADA is not responsible for the marring, scratching, or breakage of glass orother fragile items. GES CANADA is not liable for the mechanical functions ofinstruments or appliances even if such articles are packed or unpacked by GESCANADA. In no event shall GES CANADA be liable for special, incidental, indirect, orconsequential damages, including business loss of any kind, resulting from any damageto or loss of Goods or from any act or failure to act. Customer pays storage fees, if any orcosts for advance warehousing for use of the space only. There is no guarantee ofsecurity or representations made by GES CANADA as to appropriateness of theconditions for Exhibitors' Material. This risk of loss remains the Customer's alone andGES CANADA recommends the Customer carry and maintain insurance in amountssufficient to cover its risk.
SPECIAL NOTE: THE CONSIGNMENT OR DELIVERY OF A SHIPMENT TO GESCANADA OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS BY A CUSTOMER OR BY ANY SHIPPER ONBEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS AN ACCEPTANCE BYSUCH EXHBITOR (AND/OR OTHER SHIPPER) OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSSET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Standing on chairs, tables, and other furniture is PROHIBITED. The furniture is not designed to supportyour standing weight. Please use a ladder or ask GES personnel for assistance.
Forklifts and pallet jacks are to be used by authorized GES CANADA personnel only. Please do notoperate this equipment. Ask for help.
Be aware of the forklifts moving throughout the aisles and docks. Please stay clear of them, especiallywhen they are carrying a crate or a load.
