The table below summarizes the Nordea bank account since my last account update.
Please note the following:
· Monies are kept in the currency in which they were deposited, so there are separate
sections for kroner (kr), euro (€), and dollar ($). Most of the service fees are removed
from the kroner funds.
· The pages that follow (one for each currency) were exported from the bank account. I have
added a note to the end of each one calculating the starting balance. The statement itself only
shows the balance after the first debit/credit. The calculated starting balance
for each currency matches the previous balance in the summary.

Website work this quarter (in addition to general fixes, reformating, and
updates):
· Database. Edit website newregister database so it can be exported and
used as a paid-member list. Database stores registration information for
both new and renewal members. Added paidyear field for year entry
(2016) to make it easy to search for paid members for export.
· Database. Change the way multi-year memberships are notated in the
newregister database. All paid years are entered into the paidyear field,
e.g., "2016 2017 2018 2019 2020." Searches can then be run by year
using the % wildcard, e.g., %2017%. Edit all multi-year member paidyear
fields to reflect change.
· Database. Up until now the website registration database included
those members who joined or renewed after August 2015, when the
database was set up. It included those who paid with a credit card and
bank transfers confirmed by the treasurer up to December 2015 (the last
confirmation from the treasurer). It did not include those members who
joined or renewed before the database went online, most notably those
who paid 5-year dues. I went back to Laura's last member database from
September (imga_database_Updated1Sept2015.xls) and added or
amended the 5-year-dues members to the website database. There were
several members who were paid through 2016 but paid 2016 dues. I
extended their membership years accordingly. The database now has a
paidnotes field explaining multi-year memberships. (I also checked
everything against the treasurer's last 12/7/15

REGISTRATION IN PORTUGAL PROCESS: UPDATE
The activities of the EC during the last quarter were:
The IMGA statutes wording was accomplished and
approved by EC;
The IMGA statutes were translate to Portuguese
language;
The admissibility of the IMGA designation was submitted
to Portuguese authorities, and was accepted;
On 2nd July (2016) the IMGA association was registered
in Portugal;
The acquisition of information about the bank account
opening in Portugal
