ORGANIZATIONAL ERGONOMICS AFFECTS ON FINGER DISABILITIES AND
COGNITIVE STRESS DURING CSR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AMONG WORKERS AND
STUDENTS IN MALAYSIA

ABSTRACT
FD gaps shown that urgent extension on a systematic literature reviews from the present work. Aim of the case studies illustrates
the 5 comparison effects on CS and OE. Mixed methods have been applied as multidisciplinary case studies. Therefore,
recognition of socioeconomic health promotion between workers and students have confirmed that OE should prioritize the CSR
for occupational, health and OE safety a. structures, b. policies, c. processes, d. official meeting, e. crew resource, f. work
design, g. teamwork, h. collaborative design, i. community social j. cooperative work, k. new work paradigms, l. virtual
organizations, m. telework, n. quality management. 40.9 % hand and finger disabilities predominantly occurred due to job
compliance of safety in the construction site inadequately adopted in Pengerang, Johor. Result Figure 4.5 shows that 12% as the
lowest percentage represents the strongly agree and 28% as the highest percentage for finger disabilities and cognitive stress
variables relationships towards organizational ergonomics. Whereas Figure 4.7 explains that R square display 0.929 with
standard error estimation of 0.565. For ANOVA regression measured as Df values at 3 with mean square 133.42. Therefore, the
FD and CS significantly towards OE at 0.960. On the other hand, the other assessment at the palm oil, Selancar, Pahang,
resulted with 40.4% are overweight, older adults sensitive to noise, environmental temperature causes by imbalanced
thermoregulatory system. Also, this study shows that physiological parameters for blood pressure, the mean for systolic blood
pressure lowest (132.48 mmHg) whereas (81.33 mmHg) for diastolic blood pressure analysis within 35.89 °C to 36.67°C.
Conclusion suggests more multidisciplinary CSR project management concern on occupational, health and QOLT development
among the workers and students. QOLT representing awareness building, cognitive restructuring and improving strategy the
practice of communication skills to relationships in everyday life as well as to keep on motivate people to stay healthy by
exchanging performance skills based on the human biology’s hand capabilities tuning movements of the fingers and thumb to
operate small tools, keyboards and other skillful activities for example researching, writing, sewing, exercising, cooking,
cleaning, and ability to sustain its energy with immune system. Finally, the systematic reviews and case studies described on the
CSR establishment sites for ecological diversity with ornamental species of trees and antioxidant subsidy for quality water and
food supplements improvement for cognitive and work performance as an effort to increase CSR sustainability care impacting
socio economic health as strategies betterment for human occupational therapy and ergonomics that could contribute to change
in occupational engagement capacity for people as well reduces OE in relation with FD and CS in future for Malaysia.

BACKGROUND OF STUDY
Organizational[1] ergonomics (OE) describes human occupational engagement, characteristics and participation effort abilities
throughout their workdays and daily activities to rest, recreation and to enable the worker / student with a FD disability and CS
[2] routinely adapting the position of equipment and to solve problems related to individual's interaction during the current
movement towards occupation and CSR project[3] management as occupational way based on quality of life therapy
development concern. Aim of this study enhances a systematic and grounded theory analysis line by line uses coding illustrates
the 5 comparison of OE [4-7].
Various criteria have been used by organizations to set priorities in socio economic health promotion and building life health
sustainability[8] as well as Kawa model appears to differ assist individual to articulate naturalistic paradigm based on its culture
spirituality. In the expanded definition of ergonomics, occupational therapists deal with adapting the ecological diversity so that
individuals with health disabilities i.e hand stroke can function maximally to be independent and perform occupation for the
purpose of occupational performance[9] as well as participation neither in CSR (community / corporate social responsibility) or
daily life activities. Malaysia was one of the highest CSR reporters among the 49 Asian companies producing 97 sustainability
reports on CSR.[10-12]. Numerous people benefit the programs that builds the researchers and top managers’ passion as part for
quality of life therapy development among workers and students’ motivation towards work performance, role function and well-
being.

To assess the organizational ergonomics affects on finger disabilities among the 100 workers and students’ perception rating
through questionnaires measurement by Generalized Linear Model Survey and ANOVA model regression relationships analysis
during CSR project management in Malaysia.
RO2-Exploring The Organizational Ergonomics Affects On Cognitive Stress
To explore the organizational ergonomics affects on cognitive in relation with ambient measurements [13] of oxidative stress
during outsourcing team, focus group 4 days and 111 days industrial training project management among the workers and
students based on basic occupational health with systematic analysis review uses case studies from 2014 until 2019 in-depth
interview analysis during CSR project management in Malaysia.
RESEARCH PROBLEMS
RP1-Overproduction of Reactive Oxygen
Oxygen is very important for human body to survive in life. However, the reactive oxygen spices (ROS) can only be generated
through oxidative metabolism [14]. If the human skin inclusive any part of cells, tissues, organ and systems example like hair,
hands, wrists, legs, lungs exposed to any forms radiation substances coming from the unclean environment[15](food microbial /
cooking oil / fuel), chemical substances, smart phones, computers, or solar ultra-violet radiation (UVR) will dramatically
increases ROS production as well as oxidative stress [16] will lead to oxidation process[17] to human body that potentially seen
as lacking oxygen in relation with the ROS production resources gaps among the workers and students who involved in the CSR
project management in Malaysia. Differences on aging and sportsmanship diversity in relation with work promotion, economic
inequalities and financially stable to obtain quality life, vacation, purchasing quality food, drinking water, vitamins, ecology
beautification, sports attires or equipment are seen as primary concern improvement for healthy life settings and sustainable
human development promotion in Malaysia [18]. There are many studies of sports, leisure, recreation, ecological, aging and
ageing terms are not clarified thoroughly that will be able to consolidate new research data for researcher, academicians, athletes,
employees or student’s sustainability development. While the most fundamental gaps with single item measurement less likely
valid. The social scientist rarely having sufficient knowledge to estimate the criterion and predictor variables. Hence, knowledge
adoption, from the bio scientist and mathematics will be useful to build awareness like having the oxygen productivity
through physical sportsmanship fitness activities, personality competency as well as healthy DNA to delay aging diversity or
cardiovascular or stroke or vector diseases in Malaysia. Thus, the oxidative stress shortens the individual’s life span. This leads
to the contribution necessity for aging themed model which should be deployed as primary concern in Malaysia [19].
RP2-Hand Performance of Manipulative Movements
The main functions of the hand [20, 21] are the performance of manipulative movements [22], grasping and releasing objects
sensing objects in reaching space for their recognition [23], communication and the expression of emotional stress [24].
Whereas, the wrist is to stabilize the position of the forearm and hand during manipulative movements performance.
The hands’ stability can be affected when the hands and legs performing in a similar movements such as rolling the equipment
and the same time the other hand may provide the stability pressing the keys of a computer and the cognitive need to create a
memorize data menu in the systems. Due to injury to the outer hands of the extensor expansion proximal to the swelling or

tendons and cognitive that developed by [26] development into extrinsic as a current problem that seems needs support strategies
to delay aging workforce. Studies of the effects of aging shown a progressive decrease in the size of fast fibers with fewer
changes in slow fibers [27].
People are occupational beings as above sampling that have been discovered in the organization. They discovered life through
hardships on learning how to survive with life budgeting at minimal resources, going through multiple tasks occupation,
communicating and responding to all surrounding inclusive memorizing system settings, monitoring, controlling, questioning,
smiling, food serving, dressing, eating appetite [28, 29], washing and cleaning which are all daily life tasks occupation.
Vocational assessment is a comprehensive interdisciplinary process that captures work in gathering information through
research, analyzing information over a period of time without salary can cause psychosocial safety [30] for occupational health
promotion, emotional stress development. Interviews, observation and real simulation of CSR project have articulated the
workers and students’ as part-timers or full-timers differences [31] becoming either more professional [32] or vice versa reaction
with demographic background of brain illness, physical diseases [33], education, work history, physical, mental, capacity as well
as work limitations either indoor or outdoor building of the social welfare, banking, hospital [34], university and residential area.
Based on sources information which obtained from OSHA analysis for the year 2011 on industries it captures numerous OE gaps
in Malaysia example like 6241 NAICS Code title of individual and family services display affected employment with 1,248,462,
affected establishment with 33,314, affected firm 17,895 and estimated injuries with illness estimated as 30,806. Whereas, the
4411 NAICS Code title of automobile dealers are affected employment as 968,624, affected establishments 20,417, affected
firms 16,234 and injuries with illness amounting 34,602. 31 percentage injuries at industrial workplaces[35] for the year 2003
which have been reported by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2005. Moreover, Sigdel (2017) debated that due to current
population lifestyles trend, 72 percentage of adulthood exposures to touch screen technology in 2004. For vision disorder, the
literature describes 20-40% of people significant to cognitive injury experiencing unclear vision. As comparison, there are only
38 percentage with 5 hours exposures to touch screen in 2003. Irrespective of theory based problems, such as coping and
memorizing as well as mastering the computer products systems skills deficits either at the university, college, fast food
restaurant or oil and gas organization that can adequately be addressed by embedding a case studies model [36] assessment on
the OE relationship towards FD, CS as part evidence to explain the occupational balance score card and competency
performance with[37]and without healthcare[38] as aging[39] workforce intervention still need an improvement in Malaysia.

“Malaysia is leading in the prevalence of obesity among Southeast Asian countries. Almost one in two Malaysians are either overweight or obese, placing them at a high risk for diabetes,” Kumari said. A recent study showed that 22 per cent of Malaysians above the age of 30 were
also diabetic patients. Deputy Health Minister Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin said: “We view this matter seriously because an excessive
intake of sugar could lead to various complications including diabetes. According to the study, the daily sugar intake among Malaysians was too high, at 51 programmes, which is above the World Health Organisation recommendation of 50 grams. Interestingly, university studies revealed
that women in Malaysia were statistically more obese than men, with a higher rate among Indian and Malay women compared to Chinese
women. Globally, South East Asia and the Western Pacific region are currently facing an epidemic of diseases associated with obesity such as diabetes. India has the highest number of people with diabetes in the world and China occupies the second position. Systematic national data on
prevalence of obesity is not available from any Asian country. Wide differences exist in its prevalence. According to WHO statistics, Thailand
has the second largest number of obese people in Southeast Asia despite the traditional and generally healthy diet of rice, fish, chicken and vegetables in the country. This food mix has not disappeared but is seriously threatened by the availability of snacks and “convenience” food. It
should also be noted that Thais, along with other Asian nations, prefer higher-calories white rice as opposed to the more healthy brown types. In
many developing regions in South Asia and Asia-Pacific, both obesity and undernutrition coexist mainly due to wide socioeconomic disparities. An example of an Asian country with both undernutrition and overnutrition paradox is the Philippines. While more than 30 per cent of preschool
and school children were underweight, less than 1 per cent are overweight. However, more than 15 per cent of adults suffer from obesity. The
relationship between obesity and poverty is complex. In the world’s poorest countries, poverty is associated with malnutrition and underweight whereas, in middle income countries, it is associated with an increased risk of obesity. Unlike in the US, where fast food is perceived as time-
saving and cheap and often the preferred meal of the working poor, in Asia places like Burger King and Pizza Hut are the fare of choice for
those with dispensable incomes. For a regular factory worker in Vietnam who makes around $5 a day, eating at KFC is completely out of the question. For those who can afford to eat at one of Pizza Hut’s air-conditioned restaurants in a shopping mall in Hanoi or Saigon, however,
eating is part of the experience. The other part is equally, if not more, important: Consuming American fast food is the proof of one’s economic
status in the world.. China is home to more than 380 million-plus people with weight problems. And recent studies indicate that the problem is especially prevalent among youth. In 2005, there were 18 million in China who were considered obese. In 2011, that number jumped to 100
million. In this regard, Vietnam too is catching up with China. While 28 per cent of rural children suffer from malnutrition, according to the
country’s National Institute of Nutrition, 20 per cent from urban areas suffer from the opposite, obesity.”

The above statements as stipulated in the media, conference, graduation event shows that organizational / residential settings,
family, individuals are facing ecological diversity inclusive house on fire, violence, criminal, murdering, unemployment, job
dissatisfaction, lower salary, lower business productivity and so forth contributes to the increase of illness as part of Malaysian
development less likely developed as compared to other country due to its 44.2 percentage having more obese population making
Malaysia’s country as the 75th placement as a global development[40] perspectives as compared to other Asian country in 2011.
Meanwhile, there are numerous assessment of aging and physical inactivity to test cognition and function performance skills
through 0.4KM running program seen lacking resources for future ecological models in occupational therapy and CSR project
management in East Malaysia as compared to other urban cities in Malaysia [41-47]. Some people prefer to be disabled and
hoping for social welfare subsidy assistance and become unemployed or over demanding lesser productivity at work. Due to CS
socioeconomic perfect and health disabilities differs and leading business or job competitivity among the social workers and
students to work more than one jobs in Malaysia causes them having lesser sleep influencing the OE profession’s understanding
of human occupation. Its performance becoming well accepted in the broader occupational therapy opportunities for aging
workforce as something opportunities for social worker and students to obtain resources and positive occupational therapy
thinking in future.
RP3-Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) Health Risk
The cerebrovascular accident (CVA) known as health risk of ischemic stroke that causes irreversible death of brain cells[48, 49].
The hands are a sense organ body lifting a palm and fingertips having receptors as a somatosensory cortex in the brain processes
information from the brain. The gripping activities involve continuously when the receptors are pressured through pen or
communication inclusive writing and preparation of meeting or letters that lacking understanding between social workers and all
level of workers in the organization requires recovery and rehabilitation to produce a remarkable return of capacity to learn
achieving a balance scorecard interpersonal and new skills strategy performance disabilities improvement for organizational
ergonomics [50].

Physiologically based toxicokinetic (PBTK) model has immense role to play in the risk assessment process due to specific
mathematical representation of the absorption, distribution, metabolism[51], excretion and toxicity (ADMET) of chemicals[52]
in diverse environmental compartment. In respect to the challenge for identifying the chemical[53] definite parameters for these
models especially within shorter time and limited resources, quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) models within
short time period statistically proven R(2)= 0.92, and mechanistically interpretable for 67 environmental chemicals employing
the experimental values of adipose[54], quality food nutritional[55] daily intake and blood offers to differences[56, 57],
distribution and toxicological[58] effects of these molecules into the mammal system[59].

LR1 Assessment On Organizational Ergonomics
Organizational ergonomics refers to the implementation on how the ergonomists playing an important role in building the basic
occupational health safety in the organization that may comfort workers or students who attend the industrial training or
community social responsibility engagement activities. The people environment fit to work in the organization lately prone to
finger disabilities and cognitive stress causes them unable to participate in any physical activities like CSR or training and
development programs which can become organizational stress[60]. Lacking of data in relation with FD and CS that will
generate psychological, physiological and behavioral on employee and students as prevalent to organizational ergonomics
development in future research. There are five conceptual frameworks that will represent the major assessment on organizational
ergonomics based evidence conceptual to occupational therapy which consistently need to be explored specifying the
organizational ergonomics through CSR project management among the social worker and students case studies in Malaysia.
Figure 2.1 explains the periods and characteristics as argued by [61] and [62].

LR2 CSR (Corporate / Community Social Responsibility) Project
CSR acronym refers to the corporate social responsibility of the organization towards its stakeholders who directly or
indirectly to impact the workers and society or students which affects by the business operation and public interaction. CSR is
not a new discovery but it is lately not favorable due to socioeconomic and recession gaps in the country. CSR is a multifaceted
concept to understand it in a better way the definition given by academicians and researchers are highly considered in
Malaysia[63]. CSR implies a society’s economic and human resources in a broader sense by private, individuals and firms
as argues by William C Frederick. However, McGuire stated that CSR must be undertaken to cover sustainable health, improves
organization performance[40], education, employee happiness[64], community welfare and the aging society[65]. CSR
(Corporate / Community Social Responsibility) Project Management Lies On Person-Environment-Occupational Performance
(PEOP) Model. The most critical yet accessible introduction to work and organizational ergonomics (OE). Challenges social
workers and students to re-examine the view of OE and CSR project management shown key issues example like power, politics,
resistance, gender, well-being and racism demonstrates the cognitive stress (CS) as harassment in the industrial workplace,
university, college or secondary school area. ‘CSR’[66] refers to the needs of each organization giving back to the community.
There are numerous organization not favor to CSR due to resources limitations in Malaysia. Definition of economic impact of
CSR [67, 68] uses health promotion to reduce organizational ergonomics implementation benefits to public relations, marketing,
employee enhancement benefits like achieving the balanced score card as well as deploying the occupational safety as a worksite
healthcare[69] promotion programs.[70]. The cost benefit analysis associated with the extensive program and funding resources
that can be contain positive or negative values which can be most difficult to benefit accrued as a result of the project
management.
Development of international human resource management service be valuable to CSR to seasoned managers,
researchers and workers as well as building students or new researchers to be better in managing global issues about FD and CS
affected by OE in whichever place they operate[71]. Most of the research to date focuses on factors to be considered, risk
reductions, measures cost effectiveness and allowing some measures of the impacts of CSR branding sustainability, health care
promotion, implementation including absenteeism), productivity and health care costs. The workplace health model basis favors
on the yearly assessment, planning management, implementation and evaluation that meets the quality branding for the
organization’s in the long run reputation as illustrates in the Figure 2.2. Occupational health and safety is one of the most
important element topics of ergonomics. In order to fulfill the Corporate health management is quite cost extensive but can be a
positive image for the organization to maintain it for yearly basis. The International Labor Organization (ILO) states that all
persons with disabilities are entitled to vocational rehabilitation, employment and progress at work regardless the type of
disability and the level of aging process as organizational ergonomics performance and participation barriers in Malaysia.

According to the 778,796 disabled workers reported in 2014, A report from the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the
OE can minimize the FD by improving the working environment spacing with confined area for standing or sitting posture /
repetition / eyestrain / psychological stresses. Thus, instead of being dependent on FD as a burden to others, while they are
working, they can gain more confident to be more independent with sustainable salary and helping the organization becoming
more productive in CSR programs potential contribution to minimize economic social security and illness among the population
in Malaysia. Finger disabilities (FD) or other type of disabilities considered as burden paradigm constitutes the traces of
institutional discrimination and invisible barriers to satisfactory employment in public sector. [72-76]. Therefore, there are
lacking discussion on the CSR project management in relation with ambient measurement of concentration education for
occupational, safety and health professionalism like volume based expressed in a unit molecule volume-based concentration unit

The volume-based concentration unit can only be used to express the ambient concentration of a gas or vapor which can never be

LR3 Intrinsic Factors

factors relates to a person’s appetite[29] to eat, understanding on what size portion to eat, how to be healthy and fitness inclusive
abilities like endurance, flexibility, movement and strength which accountable for occupational, safety and health as well as
organizational ergonomics (OE) that normally as outdoor leisure programs, happiness for workers and students.
LR4 Cognitive Factors
Cognitive[77] factors are essential for cerebellum sensorimotor development through learning, communication, movement,
observation, pattern of research, recognition, reasoning and memorizing which affects the individual or people’s nervous system
that can be determined from the daily occupational performance. The rationale for cognitive restructuring and attitude change in
QOLT can be useful controlling negative emotions in Table 2.1. These instinctive patters on often surface when people are stress
or encounter a situation similar to personal self- experiences in the past and current which can trigger differences view and strong
emotional states with multiple personalities as explained in the FOOBS Principle.

LR5 ECOLOGY OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Ecology of human performance model (EHPM) emphasizes the environment as the primary context within which performance
needs to be understood. The term of ecology refers to the interrelationships of organisms and their environments.
The model explains the inter relatedness between environment,[87] people, context, occupational, work, task and performance
that affects the human behavior which contributes to the in-depth understanding very broadly the meaning of physical, temporal,
social and cultural working environment to the worker in the organization[88]. The EHPM developed by University of Kansas
helps to produce guideline for department, for organizing curriculum and communicating their perspectives to their students by
developing an interdisciplinary work [2] with their disability, community and colleagues [89] that can be potentially modified as
displays in Figure 2.3.

LR6 THE WRIST AND FINGER DISABILITIES
As described by [90], the wrist region is concerned with movements of the carpus of the hand on the distal ends of the radius and
ulna of the forearm. The muscles arranged around the wrist combine in different ways to produce the movements of flexion,
extension, abduction and adduction. In the pressing keys of type key board, piano or holding a rubbish plastic bag, leading the
wrist extensors are active to lift the weight of the hand against gravity. Weakness of these muscle leads to wrist drop. In strong
gripping by the whole hand, the wrist extensors act as synergists to counteract flexion of the wrist by the long finger flexors. As
illustrated by [91], the hand is a sense organ. Similarly to skin of the hand particularly the palm and the fingertips is richly
supplied with receptors and somatosensory cortex in the cognition process information as pressure receptors in the hand like

Numerous injuries of FD have damage sensory fibers in the neurological nerves and affect hand sensation that needs intervention
strategies as a sense of recognizing the heat humidity from the machinery and ecological diversity[92]. In contrast, as explained
by [93], people with left hemiplegia paralysis of the left side of the body due to the right brain damage have spatial perceptual
deficits or an impaired ability to judge distance, size, position and speed of movements as a relation of health and FD. A stroke is
potentially fatal which can be coming from the early symptom like FD. Stroke can be cutoff of the blood supply to other part of
the brain. No part of the human body can survive with the absence of blood supply dispenses oxygen, water and nutrition diet as
important elements in a human body controlling the cognitive process and physical action. In other certain extent, workers or
social workers and students can be exposed to the FD and high blood pressure if they are not living in a healthier lifestyle
with quality life therapy [94-96]. Fatty deposits acknowledged as atherosclerotic plaques buildup (APB) on the inside arteries
walls surrounding in the neck and head by completely blocking off an artery leading to the brain will incur stroke. The
occasional stroke that does occur during exercise is almost always of the hemorrhagic type. Endurance exercise triggers the
release of endorphins, hormones produced by the pituitary gland in the brain.

chemical reactivity [97] and self-esteem. Once endorphins enter the bloodstream, their beneficial effects are thought to last 2 or 3
hours with 5 times more oxygen supply in the blood stream which must be combined with quality food, appropriate medical care
and eating nutritiously with omega-3 DHA, COQ10 enzyme and blue green algae plantesis as important healthcare which has
become widely known beneficial for future sustainability healthcare tied together in a transactive relationship between workers,
social workers, students’ well-being leading more CSR project management improvement for OE performance that may shape
the importance of socioeconomic health, occupational therapy and ergonomics seen relatively not integrated practice in
Malaysia[98, 99]. Rudolph Virchow (1821-1902) deserves the major credits for describing thrombosis with subsequent
embolism. In a remarkable series of observations and experiments, he analyzed the relationship between thrombi and infarction,
locally and at a distance. Among 76 necropsies performed in 1847, Virchow found thrombi in extremity veins in 18 patients and
within the pulmonary arteries in 11, reasoned that the bloodstream emanating from these veins must have been the conduit for
transportation of the thrombi to distant sites such as the arteries of the lung. Virchow then used animal experiments to study the
fate of foreign materials placed in veins. It shown that in situ thrombosis and embolism were the cause of infraction was
unrelated to inflammation [100, 101]. However, thrombosis prescribed by Virchow:1)Blood in a vessel, 2) injury to the wall of
the blood vessel and 3)An abnormality in the balance between blood procoagulant and anticoagulant factors. Before Virchow’s
studies and reports, blood factors and thrombosis were given little attention in UiTM, Malaysia. Despite Virchow, James Herrick
in 1912 reported that cardiologists did not clarify the relationships between angina pectoris, coronary artery occlusion and
myocardial infarction until the work of Blumgart[102] and colleagues in the 1940s[103-105]. However, if the APB narrow down
making the blood flow more turbulent will instigating the blood clot known as thrombus. It is an embolus emanating from a
malfunctioning heart, wandering blood can break off and get stuck one of the smaller blood vessels in the brain that will
eventually trigger a hemorrhagic stroke (HS). HS occurs when an artery leading to the brain bursts, spilling blood into the brain
or into the cavity between the outer surface of the brain and the skull. This is a difficult area to reinforce the approach of the
occupational therapist reduces organizational ergonomics and aging workforce specifically CSR project management with
structured and grounded theory activities as an effort for future management to help social workers and students to manage their
pain during the CSR participation in the ecology and would reinforce the perception of efficacy of pain management leading for
health intervention strategies as a beneficial case studies in Malaysia.
LR7 THE IMPORTANCE OF ERGONOMICS, ECOLOGICAL PEOPLE MODEL
Ergonomic is the study of human capabilities in relationship to work demands. With excessive force repetitive movements may
lead to musculoskeletal and other types of injury as a result of to obtain more physiological as occupational therapy work{Jia,
2018}{Hegedus, 2013}. Why quality of life therapy development (QOLTD) seen as important research for the non-stroke
chronic pain injured social worker from various occupations while outsourcing integrative projects in UiTM. Stroke clinicians
need to know which treatments for acute stroke are effective and what their risks are. It is good enough assessment on theory
alone: a quality healthcare enormous efforts and resources. It leads commoner population to let their aging process becoming
more uncertainty that exists the occupational injuries which prevalent to Cognitive Ergonomics (CE) causes trauma brain injury
and less productivity performance at work or less likely involved in the projects performance among the aging workforce. This
trauma brain injury (TBI) potentially doubts researcher fearfully sometimes involves upper, neck, arm wrist and lower limbs to

some improvement on cognitive ergonomics (ICE) performance. Initially, this research will conduct a qualitative method alone
but however statistical analysis intention to measure the correlational without biased assessment, then it leads researcher to
change faculty, title of the proposed proposal that uses mixed methods that will estimate the level of aging workforce comparison
with the non-stroke and stroke group happiness with full quality of life therapy development (QOLTD)[106-109].
Certainly, when human as individual to live need to grow happily, satisfactory in life with its own way reward on how to survive
in life which all based on how well the body immunity system to function well that will intervene all the oxidation stress from
the ecological diversity such as water, air pollution, emotional stress which can affect these ageing life span outcomes and make
individuals satisfied with positive thinking development [110-112]. Performance capacity refers to the ability to do things as
explained by [113] which is conceptualized as having objective and subjective components. The cognitive ergonomics like
delays on thinking abilities, sensory systems, joint musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary systems amongst the
human body systems abilities to perform something. Occupational therapists are highly needed at every organization in Malaysia
to communicate with the individual regarding findings from evaluation on area of cognitive ergonomics (CE). The assessment on
job analysis, accommodation, work hardening, work conditioning, accessibility and job coaching should be used uniformly
recognizing social workers as professional occupational therapists which not available in most organization in Malaysia. [114-
116].
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Mixed methods have been applied as multidisciplinary case studies based on systematic and grounded theory analysis.
RM1 OE ASSESSMENT BASED ON SYSTEMATIC REVIEW ANALYSIS
Systematically integrates title, empirical review and triangulates it onto different types based on the outsourcing team as social
worker, student or profession of the organization’s mission. Researcher summarizes the research title based on the systematic as
findings analysis leads to impact socioeconomic more assessment on healthy workers and CSR project management as an
important bench marking for organization integration with university, non-private, government and private institution as well as
residential setting extending the internal / external perception branding rating analysis towards OE in Malaysia.

A sample is a subset of the target population. The target population of this study will be Malaysian citizenship population who

On the other hand, the other assessment report prepared by Nadia Syahira Bt Badrul Hisham under Dr Mujid Abdullah’s project
supervision at the palm oil, Selancar, Pahang, resulted with 40.4 % are overweight, older adults sensitive to noise, environmental

RESEARCH CONCLUSION
As for conclusion, the organizational ergonomics is directly related to job satisfaction, health[123] especially on how
occupational therapists can adapt and modify the environments to reduce accidental falls occur more often in workers and
making the social worker to be more socio economic secured with a sustainability of healthcare for their career as well as their
well-being development especially reducing their medical diagnosis such as stroke, arthritis of lower limbs, joints, psychosis,
dementia and acute illness. The forearm, wrist and hand form on interdependent system[124].
Finally, the Table 4.5 reflects the importance to further on this assessment and recognizing it as systematic reviews case studies.
The CSR establishment sites for ecological diversity with ornamental species of trees care program should be seen as large
opportunity that will impact the socioeconomic basic occupational health promotion to save the workers and students from the
FD and CS. Professional occupational health therapist as organizational ergonomists recognition should be taken as a future
career in Malaysia.
