Event OverviewHosted by the Revere Beach Partnership, a non-profit organization, this free event is open to the public and draws crowds from all over New England. In 2015, the event attracted over 1,000,000 attendees. At the heart of the festival is the Master Sand Sculptor Competition. Over the course of 4 days, over 20 sculptors

invited from around the world compete for a prize. We also have a large demonstration piece that displays corporate sponsor’s logos in the sand, which is the most photographed attraction on the beach. The event also features a full entertainment schedule with live music, an interactive kids zone, fireworks, amusement rides and food trucks-truly an event that has something for everyone! The Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival offers a unique marketing opportunity. This is a great opportunity for exposure to a large group of people,

especially families. We have large national companies alongside local and regional entities promoting their products and services to a captivated crowd. It’s also a great opportunity for sampling, collecting potential customer information and more.

Exhibit Space Options (not including electricity, tents, tables, or chairs)

Electricity, Tents, Tables, ChairsElectricity, tents, tables, chairs are not available. All vendors must be self-contained in a cart that can be removed every evening of the festival.Location SelectionOrder selection will be based on the date on which both your Vendor Form and Payment have been received. If multiple exhibitors pay on the same day, the section order will be based on the date that Revere Beach Partnership first received this Vendor Form, whether by mail, email, or fax.

International TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Revere Beach Partnership (herein after called the “Management”) and the Vendor agree that all displays must be fully set up and operational by 9AM, Friday, July 22, 2016 and will remain open and staffed though Sunday, July 24, 2016. Vendor agrees that all belongings shall be removed from the Vendor area by 10PM Sunday, July 24, 2016.

2. Vendor agrees that displays will not visually or physically disturb aisles or adjacent Vendors3. Vendor agrees to conform to all Revere food and beverage license, Revere Fire Department, DCR and

Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue Rules and Regulations.4. Vendor agrees not to sublet vendor space or vendor any merchandise other than that specified in the show

contract. Vendor agrees that Management reserves the right to reject, modify or restrict any vendor.5. Vendor agrees that space assignments may be changed by Management.6. Electricity is only allowed with prior written approval of Management and might be an additional charge.

Vendor agrees that electricle wiring or installation shall be eond only by the electrical contractor approved by Management.

7. Vendor agrees that products will not compete with other exhibitors or food vendors. If sampling food or beverage item, it must be less than 4oz.

8. Vendor agrees that no refunds will be made for any reason.9. Vendor agrees not to make undue noise, or odor, use bright or hazardous lights, cause damage to the booth

equipment or act in any manner deemed inappropriate by Management.10. Vendor agrees that no soliciting for business will be conducted in aisles or in other Vendor booths.11. Vendor agrees that the Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival design, which Management has adopted

and used in connection with its business, may not be used alone or in combination without the prior written permission of Management and that Vendor will not create or sell any merchandise bearing the Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival Trademarks, or marks or names confusingly similar thereto, without such permission.

12. Certificate of Insurance must include the following: Vendor agrees to carry workmen’s compensation, comprehensive general liability including products and completed operations, independent contractors, personal injury and blanket contractual liability. This must be evidenced by a Certificate of Insurance with a 30-day notice of cancellation provision to the holder and supplied to Management by June 18, 2016. The Certificate of Insurance should list The Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival as the Certificate Holder. Exhibitor will not be able to participate in the Festvial without submitting insurance.

13. Vendor agrees that in the event due to war, fire, strike, government regulation, public enemy or other cause, the show or any part thereof is prevented from being held, is cancelled by the Management, the Management, in its sole discretion, shall determine and refund to the applicant his proportionate share of unused funds.

14. Vendor agrees to assume all responsibility for loss, theft, or destruction of goods or for personal injuries to himself, his employees, agents, representatives, or visitors, and shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Revere Beach Partnership from any and all liability in connection with any and all of the above. Management is not responsible for security of booth.

15. Vendor agrees that the serving of alcoholic beverages by Vendors is prohibited without prior written permission of Management and approval of applicable government agencies.

16. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that projections of attendance are estimates only, and that no guarantees regarding attendance are being made.

17. Vendor agrees that the failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver by such party of its right to enforce the same or any provision at any time.

18. Vendor agrees that, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and supersedes all proposals, promotional materials, negotiations and understandings of any nature whatsoever. This agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both parties.

19. Vendor agrees that this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any disputes between the parties shall be brought in the courts of said Commonwealth.

20. Management reserves the right to change schedule and layout due to DCR and State Police requests.

About Revere Beach Partnership

Revere Beach Partnership is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was established in 2011. Its purpose is to continue the heritage of Revere Beach as a nearby retreat for New England families; to preserve the beach’s unique historic and natural assets; to strengthen the beach as an asset to our community by the development of programs and community; to plan and oversee the continued improvement of Revere Beach. The Partnership consists of an executive director, a volunteer Board of Directors, and other volunteers that share a love for Revere Beach.

The main event of the organization is the Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival, now in its 13th year. Funds raised druing the event are used to offset the expenses of the festival and to fund the organization’s efforts throughout the remainder of the year, including establishing a capital plan which will allow the organization to fund major improvement projects that aim to strengthen the fabric of the Revere Beach community.
