Before establishing Razzamataz Theatre Schools in 2000, Denise Gosney had been a professional dancer for over 10 years, performing around the world on cruise ships,

pantomimes and the London Palladium. She secured a £50,000 investment from the multi-millionaire entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne on the show for 25% in her company in 2000.

Master FranchiseesMaster Franchising involves the granting of rights by the Franchisor (Razzamataz) to the Master Franchisee (you) to operate the brand within a specified country or region and the authorisation for the Master Franchisee to then franchise to others within that territory. With the back up and support of the Franchisor’s head office team and proven systems, you will be required to develop the brand in your country or region, using knowledge, contacts and business experience to successfully expand the brand through franchising to others in accordance with a pre-agreed development schedule.

Area or Country DevelopersArea and Country Developer Licensing gives the right to develop a country or region to an individual, company or consortium, allowing it to develop its own managed franchise outlets in line with a pre-agreed development schedule. This route to market is ideally suited to those who wish to establish a small network of their own outlets throughout a smaller designated area.

Support and TrainingAs part of the Master Franchise package Razzamataz would provide the Master Franchisee or Area or Country Developer with training and support in 2 distinct areas:

• Provision of teacher led, performing arts based and educational activities to children as providedby your franchisees – in other words, the Razzamataz franchise model

• Selection, training and management of your franchisees and on–going management of yourfranchise business and network – in other words, the Razzamataz Franchise Business model

An intensive period of training would be delivered in the UK with classroom and practical training sessions at the Razzamataz Head Office and on location at franchisee owned and operated classes.

This includes full training for you and any key support staff on:

• All current Razzamataz course content and teaching methods• Development of Website and Social Media• Sales and Marketing• Franchisee Mentor Support• Parent and Teacher Relations• How to set up your own territory pilot operation

Once the Master Franchise, Area or Country Developer business is established, visits and regular communication from key members of the UK management team will assist with the initial launch of, as well as the on-going growth and development of your business.

Our UK Razzamataz franchisees receive our full training package including a number of consultant led seminars featuring:• Management Skills• Daily running of the business, customer service, use of teachers, organising school

performances and further opportunities are covered in detail.• Child protection issues including PVG/DBS checks• Accounts and Bookkeeping• PR, Advertising and Marketing• Health Safety• Operations manual and access to our Razources website

In addition, a comprehensive start-up package is provided including:• Ongoing support from Head Office and the Regional Support Team• Online Support• Training on the use of our own business management system (BMS)• Marketing Materials• Page on website and corporate email address• Merchandise• Teacher Uniforms• First Aid material and accident report book

Master Franchisees will be required to provide a similar level of business start up support to their franchisees.

Responsibilities of International Franchise Partners

As a Master Franchisee, you must firstly operate your own pilot franchise within your country or region and, upon successful operation of this pilot, you have the ability to operate, sell to others and develop multiple franchises within the dedicated country or region.

You will be required to have sufficient working capital to fund the initial Master Franchise fee, the set up of your own pilot operation, as well as the on-going resource required to develop a head office, training and support operation to support your network of franchises within their specified territory.

Area or Country Developers will be expected to work to a development schedule to be agreed in advance.

As one of the leading part time theatre schools in the UK, Razzamataz has fantastic relationships with some of the UK’s best-known theatres, performers and talent agencies, along with some of the biggest holiday operators in Europe. It will be the responsibility of the Master Franchisee or Area or Country Developer to at all times, maintain the brands standards and reputation for integrity in order to replicate the same degree of support in each assigned territory.

The InvestmentMaster Franchise and Area or Country Developer License Fees vary depending on the country and development potential.

Master Franchisees

As a Master Franchisee, you will pay an upfront Initial Master Franchise Fee for the exclusive rights to operate in your designated country or territory. You will be required to grow the Razzamataz brand in your country in accordance with an agreed Territory Development Schedule via company owned territories and your sub franchise network.

You will generate revenues from:• Profits from your company owned operations• A % of the sale of franchises to others in your territory• A % of the on-going revenues generated by your franchise network

Area or Country Developers

As an Area or Country Developer, you will pay an upfront Initial Area or Country Developer Fee for the exclusive rights to operate your own managed territories in accordance with an agreed Territory Development Schedule.

You will generate revenues from:

• Profits from your company owned operations

The TerritoriesRazzamataz is offering Area or Country Developer and Master Franchises to the best qualified candidates in each operating region. Successful territories will be those with a high density of children aged between 2-18, a population of around 100,000 people and a high number of kindergarten and primary schools.
