    Research Results87% of IT Professionals were NOT aware of thechanges to the law on handling indecent images ofchildren

    90% of companies interviewed had an AcceptableUse Policy but less than 65% had a specific policyfor dealing with potentially illegal images of children

    68% of participants believed they understood whatconstituted a potentially illegal image of a child butonly 27% were able to give the correct age of a‘child’ in this context
