Intern to Entrepreneur is a not for profit initiative by DeePositive Foundation where aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to intern

with DeePositive Foundation & DeePositive Intertainment projects and it is created so with the intent to innovate with

Gratitude in the space of entrepreneurship.

Since, this is a novel idea and has no benchmarks, previously known. DeePositive Foundation reserves the rights to continue to

introspect and innovate in the process to commit to giving our new entrepreneurs a more advantageous and support driven

platform to begin their journey as Entrepreneurs

The program is open to all who aspire to begin an entrepreneurial journey and are willing to intern with dedication, with the

aim and purpose of growing a business idea into a self sustainable brand/identity with DeePositive as Co-Founder/Mentor with

51% managing rights in your company for a minimum period of 1 year and a maximum period of 3 years.

At the end of successful completion of the program a brand new business entity will be registered in the name of the internwith an initial 51% of the basic capital investment of Rs. 1,00,000/- made by DeePositive Intertainment and 49% by the

entrepreneur. By facilitating the initial 51% capital investment DeePositive Intertainment will be entitled to have managing

rights in the business. The 51% stake continues to be in force till the business becomes stable and is in position to buy back the

stakes from DeePositive Intertainment. Which will be reviewed annually and an exit strategy and percentage wise buy out

DeePositive percentage in the said venture.

You must be 18+ years old on or before the 1st

of January 2013 to apply. There is no upper age limit to apply. We encourage

applications from people who already have an idea they would like to work on and need a support team to empower their idea

into a brand/identity

The programme is divided into 4 parts 1) Application 2) Selection 3) Intern 4) Entrepreneur with purpose. In part 1 your intent

will be assessed in written through the content of the application and your intent to begin your own personal entrepreneurial

journey. In Part 2 (if selected on the basis of application and intent) you will be assessed on your understanding of your passion

and vision for your business. The selection process will also include a discussion on your internship commitments to DeePositive

Intertainment and DeePositive Foundation projects and how these practical learning sessions will contribute to the growth of

your business idea into an identity.

Participation in the program is strictly by application and by merit of your personal vision to be an entrepreneur. DeePositive

does not guarantee an outcome, however, will continue to construct and detail your idea into an identity of which you will be

wholly responsible for your growth within the company. You will be treated as an Entrepreneur in the making and hence,

expected to perform on DeePositive Intertainment and DeePositive Foundation projects with an intent to create ownership

qualities that will assist you in building your skills to grow into the whole sole owner of the identity we create for you at the end

of your internship period of 1 year.

An application fee of Rs. 5000/- is applicable with each application for a successful submission. The amount will be accepted ina DD form drawn in favor of DeePositive Foundation. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS IN CASH OR ANY OTHER FORM TO

MAINTAIN TRANSPARENCY IN TRANSACTIONS.

The application fee is valid for one successful submission of application session and is non-refundable / non-transferable to any

other person or sessions.

DeePositive Foundation and its representatives and partners have the f inal say on the selection process and selection of your

candidature for the programme. Applying for the intern to entrepreneur programme does not gurantee selection.

DeePositive Foundation reserves the right to reject an application if the same is not duly filled. All questions are important and

must be filled in completion, any questions left unfilled may result in rejection, hence, in your own interest, please ensure that

the form is duly complete.

The selection procedure is the sole discretion of DeePositive Foundation. The decision on selection will be final and binding. The

final list of shortlisted applicants will be announced on the DeePositive website and the social media page on Facebook.

An intern will be expected to actively and sincerely participate in the ongoing or to be announced projects and events of

DeePositive Foundation and DeePositive Intertainment during the tenure of internship programme.

Any irregularities or unethical code of conduct observed in any intern may call for a strict review, warning or even el imination

from the programme. In such a case, if you have been shortlisted for the Selection Process you may hold the possibility of being

invited to join the programme in the middle of the session. This process is valid for all applicants for the batch which is in

session.

During the event of internship the intern will be a full time resource. Dedicated and involved in the program and will be

available in person to secure practical knowledge and learning through the given projects that have been assigned. The intern

must be are aware that all processes assigned, is with the greater purpose of assisting the process of detailing and handling

their own brand/identity at the end of the intern to entrepreneur programme.
