Private residencies
A.Y Residence (6th October)
A private project where I design everything from zoning, 3D presentations till technical package,
EXCEPT for the second floor area, render was done by another visualizer. This apartment was designed to serve a young couple wanted a simple house, the project was 2
floors, the first floor is private to serve them contained a main bedroom with dressing room and
private bathroom, kids room, bathroom, open kitchen with the reception area, the second floor
was the main area to have guests in. with a reception, dining, kitchenette, guestroom,
bathroom, workspace, outdoor area. First floor was designed to be soft, practical, cozy, joyful with soft colors, also the re-zoning was so
important to solve the problem of the every small kitchen and to build stairway to get to the
second floor, and have a laundry, also a reasonable bedroom with dressing and private
bathroom, all this along with second bath and kids room all in 110 meter squared. The second floor is rough with more natural materials and earth colors, to create a different
mood also to get along with the out-door area. The 3D shots is featuring the 1st floor reception area, kitchen, entrance, also the master
bedroom, and the second floor reception area.

M.T Residence (5th settlement)
This apartment was designed to serve a single living man who wanted a practical, comfy and
elegant space, Color them is warm, a bit dark, and cozy.
The 3D shots is featuring the reception area which contains an open kitchen, sitting area, 2
chairs in a corner, and dining table, all of them connected in the same area which contains a
step to create the sense of separation but with open space.

Bedroom Area
The other featured area in the 3D is the bedroom area, which contains a comfy bed set on 45º
angle to create a motion in the room and solve the relation between the bed, TV-wall, and the
window, also the area contains a private bathroom with a comfy bathtub, and a dressing room
that can be seen from the bedroom, this created an elegant room with a special taste. “The 3D design and render for this area was a collaborative work with another designer in the project”
A.Y residence (6th of October)
This Client already settled in his duplex then decided that the reception area isn’t elegant
enough, so he wanted a renovation for the reception area, he didn’t want a 3D photo he just
wanted an applicable quick solution in a short time.
He was offered a whole new mood explained in sections drawings, and a mood board which
had examples for the items to buy so he can finish this soon.
O.M residence (5th settlement)
This is the master bedroom dressing room, It is spacious and allows us to make a good storage
out of, in this design I tried to keep everything one needs to get dressed in one room serving the
couple together.
It has a built in dresser, shoe space, accessories, and of course all types of clothes, also the 2D
drawing included shapes to clarify the use of each area.

Reception area
The same project but different area, in this area there is a dining room, big sitting area with a TV,
another cozy sitting area beside the fire place.
This area wasn’t demanded to be 3D featured so I tried to feature as many things as I could with
2D drawings and mood board.

Bedaya School These are the primary designs for the private school BEDAYA, featuring the reception area, the
theater, it's lobby, bathroom, and an indoor pool. School Theater

This is the manger’s room, his old design was out dated and had no sense of beauty, also had
some design wise problems as a designer I had to deal with, the main one was the location and
proportion of his only window in the room.
Booth
This is the design for the both of this company, simple design with wood and black glossy
material with 4 cameras and 4 screens, each screen is connected with the camera above it so
the visitors can see everything life in front of them.
