Short Cuts for State IEP forms and Computerized InterimIEP

All new forms can be accessed by logging onto your school server. Files are located on the “H” drive.

“Shared Drive” “H”

Click on “My Computer”

Open Microsoft Word app. And look for folder called New IEP Forms

To access the Microsoft Word files: The Word files are read only and you will see the Password box come up on your screen. Click on the Read Only button. Then Save As to use the forms.

How to Export and Import

• All teachers have a copy of the InterimIEP located on the server.

• You have to be using a computer that has XP operating system on it.

• You can export and import your IEP data between computers if you need to.

• We do have the InterimIEP on CD is you need to have it installed at home.

Exporting Files

You will need to use a 3.5 floppy disk to export and import the data. This is the only way you can complete this function.

Click on the boxes of the students you want to export. The record will remain on the server.
