“Ricoh Conference Centre” is a paperless meeting and presentation application. Its advantages include; enhanced efficiency of work associated with meetings, reduced costs and better communication.

Using Wi-Fi connection and synchronisation, your document can be shared among multiple devices and with Ricoh projectors. By using the switch button, you can choose to make the document local or shared. The application links to Ricoh’s projectors (see page 6) wirelessly, so the same page is displayed on screen.
