This table is built to withstand rugged use in cafeterias and dayrooms. The tops are con-structed of gauge mild steel or 304 stainless as required. The supports are Shedule 40 Steel Pipe. This table is prime painted when stainless is not specified. Floor mounting are provided. This and all tables have an optional laser etched chess/checkerboard option upon request.

This 8 man Rectangular Jail Table features a heavy gauge Stainless Steel Rectangle table top and round stool tops with a brushed finish. The pedestal supports are 2” Dia. Schedule 40 pipe with a gray painted finish. ¼” thick floor mounting plates at the base of each stool have four ½” diameter mounting holes on each plate.

The floor mount desk is constructed using type 304 stainless steel. The stainless desk is fully welded and the pedestal is able to mount to the floor. The single jail bunk has a pan of 10-gauge mild steel built to withstand years of use and abuse. Each pan size and specification is the same as on the double bunk. Single bunk units are shipped knocked down by G2, with field assembly required. All joints are welded and ground smooth. The finish is a chemical degreaser and a rust-inhibitive primer or powder coat finish.

Floor Mount Intensive Use Prison Bench is built with safety and quality in mind. Applica-tions include Jail, Prison, and Detention hold-ing areas as well as courtrooms and other high security correctional areas. Our Floor Mounted Intensive Use Prison Benches are made entire-ly of heavy gauge Stainless Steel with strong solid welds.

The bench top is 12 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel with a 1 ½” Flange and a #3 brushed finish. Framing is constructed using heavy-duty 16 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel 2” Square Tubing with a clean brushed finish. 1/4” thick Stainless angle is welded to the bottom of each leg and include ½” mounting holes.

The KryptoMax™ Intensive Use Detention Pass Throughs are offered with security in mind. They are built with heavy-duty construction de-signed for intensive use featuring heavy gauge Stainless Steel, heavy grade hardware, and both external and internal latches so that the opening of only one door at a time can be controlled. The body of the pass through is constructed of 12 Gauge 304 #3 Stainless Steel and is TIG welded for a clean finish and strength. All exposed welds are grounded smooth.

The Intensive Use Detention Pass Through includes a 12 Gauge Stain-less Steel Wall Flange for a finished look and tamper resistance. The doors can be offered with locking and non-locking latches. Optional features include a removable shelf and internal latch to control the unlockable side. These Intensive Use Pass Throughs are built to last and created with the heavy use of a prison control room, detention pod, or correctional facility in mind. This stainless pass through is also ideal for any prison medical ward where controlling medication han-dling is critical.

Installation of our Stainless showers eliminates years of expensive sandblasting and repainting of concrete showers. Heavy-duty tamper proof drains and fixtures, along with optional hang proof curtain rods and towel hooks are just some of the outstanding features we offer. We are able to set the standard in correctional facility showers with all of our quality design features.

Installation is easy with plumbing connections that are simple to connect. Fixtures mount clean and are tamper resistant and durable. The Pass Through Hopper features heavy-duty construction designed for intensive use and can be used for a variety of applications in high security areas such as jails, prisons, intensive use detention facili-ties, and other government buildings. Constructed of Heavy 12 Gauge 304 Stainless steel with a clean brushed finish. The hopper itself pivots on a maintenance free oiled Stainless Rod.

One main door swings open containing two internal swing out gates with hooks for orga-nizing your keys. The main door uses an industrial grade latch and has heavy steel hinge welded in place.

Our Intensive Use Detention Utility Cart is designed for heavy use and built to provide a cleaner and stronger alternative to flimsy molded plastic carts.The 304 stainless steel material provides unsurpassed strength, helps deter the growth of bacteria, and is highly corrosion resistant. Fully welded, single piece construction means no broken parts, warping, or cracking like cheaper materials. The double pan design allows for separate storage of food and utensils on top and bottom compartments. Heavy-Duty casters provide a smooth ride dur-ing transport of items and the two rear casters have locks and swivel for better control. Some options offered include drain plugs in storage pans for easy draining after cleaning and rinsing the storage di-vider grids for separation of food items or utensils. These carts are are made in the USA and intended for frequent use in areas such as jail pods, prison kitchens, and other correction facilities.

10 gauge formed steel bracket with a 7 gauge stamped steel intensive use hook and 2- neoprene friction washers allowing the hook to hold clothing but collapse under the weight of a body for an anti-suicide design.These hooks can be easily welded to any of of our Cabinets or Shelves upon request to give your facil-ity the customization desired.

These single piece KryptoMax™ intensive use handcuff rings are comprised of strong 3/8” stainless rod and a 12 gauge stainless wall mounting plate designed for intensive use in a variety of correctional facilities and environments. They are available in single ring or multiples as well as a long bar design. The KryptoMax™ Handcuff Rings & Bars can be cus-tomized to meet your exact specifications.
