PREFACEInternshipreport is an opportunity for the student to apply theoretical knowledge and to gain practical experience about public and private organization and their practices and procedures. Training plays an important part in developing the managerial skill of the people. Every organization is in search of capabale and efficient administators who are properly trained.This training oppertunity is provided to the student of master in bussiness administration through the internship program. i chose to do my internship in MAZHAR ENTERPRIZES( MARHABA`s official distributers in haripur) because of the fact that it is the part of the most successful organization set up in the country,and have the recent years MARHABA has shown the will that wants to stay the best food company in the country, with constant innovations in its products and services and by making use of the emerging technologies. Eight Theirek period is not sufficient to understan the operation of organization.But still it is a great experience to have a feel of practical country keeping in view the limitations of the study this seem a reasonable attempt.Internship in MAZHAR ENTERPRIZES was a true learning experience for me.I have exclusively studied and observed the organization structure and market. First and foremost in the MAZHAR ENTERPRIZES staff especially the area manager Mr fizan operation manager Mazhar hussain shah help me to get practical knowledge of different functions of market.Secondly,i pay heartiest thanks to my supervisor who helped me in the documentation and organization report.

Ispaghol HuskMarhaba Ispaghol Husk, which is obtained form Plantago ovata is a harmless product of vegetable origin and is a natural sTheirce of nonstarch highly soluble carbohydrate fiber particularly intended for the treatment of constipation and bacillary dysentery. Indications: Constipation is one of the most common complaints of mankind. Habitual and chronic constipation is by far the common ones. Liquid paraffin hinders the proper assimilation and absorption of essential vitamins and minerals whereas no such problem is associated with Ispaghol husk. The incidence of dengue fever has increased dramatically since the 1960s, with around 50100 million people infected yearly. Early descriptions of the condition date from 1779, and its viral cause and the transmission were elucidated in the early 20th century. Dengue has become a

global problem since the Second World War and is endemic in more than 110 countries. Apart from eliminating the mosquitoes, work is ongoing on a vaccine, as well as medication targeted directly at the virus. Research on Asthma Asthma is the common chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by variable and recurring symptoms, reversible airflow obstruction, and bronchospasm.Symptoms include wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. Asthma is clinically classified according to the frequency of symptoms, forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), and peak expiratory flow rate. Asthma may also be classified as atopic (extrinsic) or non-atopic (intrinsic). It is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Treatment of acute symptoms is usually with an inhaled short-acting beta-2 agonist (such as salbutamol). Symptoms can be prevented by avoiding triggers, such as allergens and irritants, and by inhaling corticosteroids. Leukotriene antagonists are less effective than corticosteroids and thus less preferred. Its diagnosis is usually made based on the pattern of symptoms and/or response to therapy over time. The prevalence of asthma has increased significantly since the 1970s. As of 2010, 300 million people were affected worldwide. In 2009 asthma caused 250,000 deaths globally. Despite this, with proper control of asthma with step down therapy, prognosis is generally good.

INTRODUCTION Introduction of the report:As a part of the academic requirement for completing MBA (Marketing) Master of Business Administration. The students are required to under go for two (2) months of internship with an organization. The internship is to serve for the purpose of acquainting the student with the practice of knowledge. This report is about marhaba pvt in Pakistan. Marhaba pvt was introduce in 1975 and has the largest share of the countrywide market.

Purpose of the studyThe main purpose of the study in hand is together relevant information to compile internship report on marhaba pvt in Pakistan. To observe analyze and interpret the relevant data competently and in a useful manner.To work practically in an organization.To develop interpersonal communication.

Scope of study:As an internee in marhaba pvt Pakistan the main focus of my study research was on general selling procedures in one of the distribution of marhaba pvt Pakistan. These operations include selling, merchandising, promotion and advertising strategies. Objectives of the study: To understand the various operation and to equip with practical knowledge of the marhaba pvt Pakistan. To learn more about selling and marketing.

Research methodologyThis report is based on my two months internship program in marhaba pvt Pakistan. The methodology reported for collection of data is primary as well as secondary data. The biggest source of information is my personal observation while working with staff and having discussion with them. Formally arranged discussion and reports also help me in this regard.

Primary dataPrimary data include, personal observation and Interviews of the Staff Members.

Secondary data:Secondary data consist of Manual, magazines, annual reports and Internet.

Communication strategy:Marhaba pvt use different sources communicate their target marketing. Marhaba Pvt use those sources on that the more customer attract like TV, NEWSPAPER, BILLBORD and when they launch secame in all their products use pamphlets to aware their customers. Communication objective:Marhaba pvt use different sources to attract their target customer. The objectives of marhaba produce awareness in our customer about new products and also produce awareness to new customer about marhaba products. Marhaba also tells their customers that marhaba provide pure things to their customers. Marhaba also give the knowledge of marhaba that they give you the energy and good test. Marhaba also give message that marhaba products are good for health.Communication strategy of competitor:Marhaba main competitors is qarshi . qarshi also use the same communication strategy which adopt the marhaba product.Qarshi is also advertising through TV, newspaper, and billboard.

Adds in TV channel:Marhaba give adds on different TV channels at different time. Marhaba management also keep in mind that their competitors use what channel and what time they give ads. Marhaba management also keeps in mind what type of customer they attract and what time they sit before TV. marhaba product different time on different channel to keep in mind the target customer Tv watching time.Maraba products give adds on ptv home geo ary etc.

Newspaper:Marhaba Company advertises their product through newspaper. Large numbers of customers have reading habbit of newspaper, so marhaba use the media of newspaper to attract their customers. Marhaba management also keeps in mind that their competitors use what type of newspaper and what time they give their ads. So after all these analysis marhaba select dawn and nawa_e_waqt and women magazines.

Billboard:

Marhaba product attracts their customer through billboard. Marhaba Company selects the main city in country and those places where large number of customer easily attract.

Distribution strategy:Marhaba Company establishes the distributions channels in each famous city of Pakistan like Islamabad Karachi Lahore Haripur etc.They also acquired the suitable distribution in each city. They hire maximum two distributors in a city due to prevent from their own completion. They provide the margin to the retailer is equal to the interest of band like 7% to 8%. First of all the finishing goods stored in the where house and next step product sending to the distributor and distributor distribute through different channel to whole seller to retailer and end to purchasing customer. Marhaba company distribution channel in urban area and rural areas, and the rural areas the distributor have a responsibilities to distribute the product to all retailer stores. Company target market in Pakistan all the big and important cities.
