Shanta Retail, which owns a stake in Choppies, a

supermarket chain listed in Botswana and South

Africa, in structuring a fixed term trade marks

Ukwala Supermarkets, a leading supermarket chain

Representing Godrej Consumer Products, an Indian

company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and
