Intellectual Property Rights Cell, Jamal Mohamed College (Autonomous),

Tiruchirappalli was organized a Webinar on "Patent Filing Process and Challenges" on 30.09.2021

at 3.30 p.m (IST). through Zoom platform.

Dr. A. Zahir Hussain, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, IPR Coordinator welcomed

the gathering. Dr. Nargis Begam (IPR member), Assistant professor of biotechnology introduced

the Resource Person Dr. P. Ponmurugan, Associate Professor of Botany, Bharathiar University,

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Dr. P. Ponmurugan enlightened the intellectual properties rights through

his lecture on “PATENT FILING PROCESS AND CHALLENGES”. Totally 160 faculty

members, research scholars and students attended this session throughout the nation. Participants

interacted with the resource person and clarified their doubts. Dr. R. Radhakrishnan, Assistant

Professor of Botany, proposed a vote of thanks.
