Event Management

Create and manage multiple events simultaneously, determine affected personnel,

and capture metadata about the event.

Accountability

Account for all personnel (by individual, supervisor or other designated person).

Both initial accounting and on-going accountability tracking are supported.

Contact and Location Information

Allow personnel to input current location and contact information during an event.

Assessment

Survey personnel after an event to determine any impact on them or other

relevant information that can be assigned levels of severity.

Workforce and Individual Case Management

Manage individuals or groups of personnel according to organizational hierarchy

to ensure continuity of operations or recovery of personnel.

Reporting

Simple and complex reports, both real-time and historical, are available. Data can

be searched, filtered and the results exported in Microsoft Excel format.

Information Dissemination

Home page (for timely, changing information) and a Reference page (for phone

numbers, websites, instructions, policies, etc.) are provided for personnel to have

quick, centralized access to resources. Support for Email or SMS notification.

PAAS runs on configurable suite of PC-based servers which can be scaled to virtually any needs.

After the hurricanes of 2005, the Navy established full-spectrum community service operations.

However, there was no standardized method for the Navy to:
