CDC Series

You'll want to take a closer look at this: The universally applicable CDC chain drive for installation integrated into the profile or surface-mounted is so compact that it is virtually hidden once installed. Concealed installation in the window profile elegantly hides the high-perfor- mance drive from view. There are no unsightly external fasteners. This makes the CDC ideal for aesthetically and functionally sophisticated façade solutions. The chain drive runs extremely quietly thanks to the innovative decoupling in the drive. Once this multi-talented solution is installed in the window, you will notice its function as it quickly and unobtrusively ensures natural ventilation and smoke extraction. And the heat transfer coefficient? Testing by ift Rosenheim showed that it only saw a minimal increase with integrated installation.

the CDC can be programmed individually via PC and Windows tablets using D+H SCS software. Separately configure the drive functions, performance features, stroke lengths, opening widths and speeds for opening and closing entirely according to your requirements and appli- cations. A stroke of 350, 600 and now even 800 mm with a compressive and tensile force of 250 N is possible depending on the version. In the case of a fire, the CDC manages this in just 60 seconds thanks to this high-speed function. Intermediate sizes and longer strokes are also possible upon customer request. The CDC can be integrated perfectly into building automation thanks to innovative new ACB bus communication: This technology enables position-accurate control as well as the creation of virtual groups. As a result, it becomes a reliable, flexible and, last but not least, individualised solution that meets the highest requirements of architects, specialist planners and fabricators. All while staying as quiet as a mouse.

Whether for wooden, aluminium or state-of-the-art plastic window frame profiles, the CDC Series can be used virtually anywhere thanks to its narrow design and a wide variety of bracket solutions. CDC is the most flexible solution for all façade windows in cases where ventilation and smoke extraction drives are to be hidden. With the new CDC bracket set, the all-rounder now becomes so small even in plastic window frames that it is a true joy for every architect. Integrated solutions wherever inner features play the most important role.

Thanks to profile-related bracket sets consisting of a frame bracket and sash bracket, the CDC is fast and easy to install in nearly every window, without additional work to adjust the fitting. The sleek CDC is inconspicuously hidden in the window profile, where it functions entirely unseen to move bottom-hung, side-hung and parallel projecting windows made of plastic or wood. For natural ventilation with the highest standards for design and function.
